The whole baking soda bit needs to be really quick, otherwise you’ll beat out the bubbles before it sets and be left with flat soft chewy ‘honeycomb’!
there was a thing my sister did where she made a post about ramadaan and put the idea out for non muslims to fast for the first day and donate what food they would have eaten that day to their local foodbanks cause they are running low on food because of COVID and loads of people participated
