Don't use rare/epic heroes if you have other options. And your using only 3 cav heroes which your in disadvantage. Use range phal if you don't have wedges unlocked for cav.( We can change depending upon our stats and enemy troops sometimes ). I think you should unlock wedges first. And don't unlock defence familiars, try unlocking hp reduction or attack fams.
