Jake Ledesma, LMSW, Director of Case Management and Care Coordination at the Alamo Area Resource Center, addresses the distinct needs of the LGBTQ+ population within recovery services and designs strategies to promote inclusivity within agencies. He employs inclusive practices to effectively reach and engage the LGBTQ+ community.
