What a sight to behold. The sound of the water gushing over the stones is like music. How lush and green everything is, makes me want to be there. Thanks Dave.
Thank you. I will be taking my 92 year old grandma next week. And i really needed to make sure its an easy walk from the car park. Thank you for this visual. Most useful walking video. All the best. 🎉
The hills still clothed in winter hues are to me very beautiful; and the overcast skies apropos to that quiet mood. We didn't't see the snow but I'm glad you mentioned it because now I can feel it lighting on my face.
Como no disfrutar tanta belleza .El agua un elemento relajante digno de ser observado..Tanta magia en un lugar te hace sentir maravillosamente .Gracias Daves🪻💐🪻💐🪻💐🪻
Love seeing your beautiful waterfall, and the surrounding area. My favorite videos of yours are the ones out in nature. I loved that it was a more cloudy day and seeing the trees as well. I like your town videos so I can learn some about them, but the nature videos are my favorites. I like to do my stair stepper while I watch and feel like I am there also. Thank you for the video of your beautiful country 💚🥬🌳
Despite the rainy day this was a wonderful walk around this beautiful Welsh countryside with the mountains, hills and valleys with the sheep grazing in the field, but the Pistyll Rhaedr Waterfall was really very awesome thanks for a wonderful tour and thank you.🇬🇧🙏🙏🇬🇧
Hey Dave. Beautiful Landscape! How do you record the audio without the breathing audible? It's a good mix of ambient sounds and you walking, well done. sub! Cheers from Switzerland
@@DavesWalks may I ask you, what model you use and how you set it up? I'm using the shure mv88+ (budget related choice) but I'm having troubles with handling noises.
It's a Rode Micro Mic, and it just plugs directly into my camera with an Aux cable and a shoe mount to attach it. Its been the prefect mic for me, but then I have never tried anything else to compare it against. www.amazon.co.uk/Rode-VideoMicro-Compact-Camera-Microphone/dp/B015R0IQGW?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
Thinking of stopping here tomorrow. Is the waterfall a long walk from wherever we can leave the car? Are there additional costs involved? (Entry fees, etc) thanks
The waterfall is not far at all from the car park, less than 5 mins. The car park is a couple of pounds but is quite small. I don't know where the next place to park would be if it is full :)
I can't believe how free you are to just get too near that waterfall & fall over the edge !!! All your own fault of course if you do, but here in the US there would be no way to get that close without big signs & protective fencing - this is litigation country !!! Watching this made me feel terror remembering walking to places in Wales with my 4 kids when they were small - my eldest was always the one who took risks - so I am getting feelings of terror just thinking about being here with him in those days !!!!
I'm so sorry to hear that. Have you been to Tasmania? It has glorious scenery, ancient forests and amazing coastal vistas. Also beautifully preserved villages from the 1800's.

Went here on a day out from Nottinghamshire in 1970. Was very quiet, just 4 of us visiting. Grand waterfall and a lovely memory!

Beautiful walk, Dave
Wonderful. Now I’ve been rock climbing and walking through a waterfall with you today. (One of those footpaths was like a waterfall!)

A directional microphone, only picks up the sounds of what's in front of it.
@@DavesWalks thank you!

I am so envious. I can not stand Australia anymore...
Why not dear? Australia has so many days of sunshine so can't be that bad. And the beaches I hear are amazing.
