- Seongsan Ilchulbong, also known as ‘Sunrise Peak’ is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most famous geographical features on Jeju Island’s eastern edge. Famous for its magnificent view especially during the sunrise, Seongsan Ilchulbong is a tuff cone crater that was formed when the volcano erupted under the ocean about thousand years ago.
Located in Seongsan, Willala specializes in fish and chips. They use local ingredients and natural onion oil for a crispy and healthy meal. A large sign saying FISH & CHIPS is noticeable. Affectionate handwriting and surfboards at the entrance create an exotic atmosphere. The usual 'FISH & CHIPS' usually uses cod, which is made from dal meat that is only found in Jeju Island. The body is rounded like a full moon and is called Dalgogi, so it is moist and moist than cod and has a chewy taste. Willlara's owner said that he tried to fry all kinds of fish to replace Daegu, which is difficult to supply domestically. The unique menu of this house is Shark & Chips. It is actually made from sharks received from Yeongcheon, Gyeongbuk. Unlike savory fish with a salty fish flavor, sharks resemble meat like tender chicken breasts.
