I have a hack for tampons. So every time I use a tampon I use a pantyliner too. Then i put the string under the pantyliner so it stays. The reason I do this is bc I’m always scared about the string disappearing. Ik that I shouldn’t be scared but this hack just makes me feel a lot better. So if your scared about the string like me you could try this hack too!

Another tip is if you have the HEAVIEST FLOW at night, you can wear XL pull up things, so there is no chance of leaking anywhere 🥰 hope it helps some of you gals
Some thing that my grandma taught me for getting out stains, is to take lemon juice and baking soda and you mix it in a bowl and while it’s still foamy you pour it onto the stain and if you let it sit for a little bit, about 2 minutes, and then just wash it like normal it gets the stain out really well. Hope this helps!
The part where it says change your pad every 3 to 4 hours during the day because odor builds up down their because it’s just blood 🩸on cotton. Bacteria builds up down their and that’s what causes odor. But you can were it all night. Hope this helps 😇
What I love about Apple is it has so many health options. You don’t need to download a period tracker app if you have Apple because one of the apps that Apple comes with is Apple health which has a cycle tracking option

So here's the thing....if u wanna get your stain out with water and soap u wanna use cold water bc hot water basically dries the blood but if u use hydrogen peroxide u wanna use hot water to get the peroxide thing out (hydrogen peroxide gets blood out its self) i hope that l helped!!! Honestly when I first got my period I was surprised but I was still super calm. I realized I got it before I went to shower and I just wanted to check it was still there before I got dressed and called my mom. And she was like: Ok, do you have any spare pads? (It was evening and the stores were closing) And I was like: Yes. And then she just hugged me and went to the living room. From that moment on all I ever knew about periods I learned on the app called Flo cause we never talked about it again 😃

The whole drinking water thing works for me but I just started drinking more water since I’ve gotten so dehydrated to the point where I almost pass out and I just noticed that my flow lasts about 4-5 days with water and about 8 without(I also play a couple of sports)

The only reason you should change your pad is when it's full of you feel very uncomfortable! You shouldn't change it every 4 hours because you'll fly through pads! However when using a tampon yes you do need to change it every 4 HOURS because when wearing tampons for a LONG time you could get a disease which is why I wear pads because one I don't feel comfortable putting products up my body second most tampons have chemicals in them third in not good with time and can't keep track of its 4 hours or not . If you want comfortable pads please use ALWAYS NO FEEL period pads☺ honestly you shouldn't be using tampons at a young age so if you really want to use one use it when your older ! As a teenager trying to decide what size pad I should get . To be safer get the TEEN ALWAYS NO FEEL PERIOD PADS!

I also have a really heavy period, so put a pad/tampon on top of your period pants and then if you bleed through it goes and gets absorbed into the pants. Also, period pants are expensive, but in the long run, they are great!!! It’s so much better to have pants that last a long time and you can reuse them, whereas with normal undies, if you bleed through sometimes the stain can’t come out and then you throw them out, whereas you just put these undies in the wash and they come out fine! Hope this helps 🤍

@@natsumimori3281 change ur pad more often. U can also use the overnight ones. I'm also a young one, I've had mine for like 6 months so I don't have much tips
@@natsumimori3281 get period underwear! I recommend thinx! I also have a really heavy period, so put a pad/tampon on top of your period pants and then if you bleed through it goes and gets absorbed into the pants. Also, period pants are expensive, but in the long run, they are great!!! It’s so much better to have pants that last a long time and you can reuse them, whereas with normal undies, if you bleed through sometimes the stain can’t come out and then you throw them out, whereas you just put these undies in the wash and they come out fine! I got my first proper period (HEAVY FLOW) the day of my first sleepover with my friends. I realised the morning after and was PETRIFIED that I bled through onto the bed that we were sharing a blow-up mattress. I didn’t thank lord

The drinking a lot of water thing works- I drank like 5 cups of water every hour and it lasted for 2 days-
Tried that my last period it works but I had to pee every 10-15 mins tho...

Yeah, I guess everything has it advantage and disadvantage like it help on your period but you need to pee every 5-10 mins 😢

When I get my period I will have to share with 1st graders in the bathroom cause that is the youngest age that would be in the bathroom cause 1st - 6th graders use the bathroom so little kids might ask what was I opening.. I have never herd a pad opening lol

I got my first period at school. I sat next to my crush and he saw a small puddle of blood on the chair. He told me I had started and I was freaking out but he gave me his jaket and I went to the bathroom cleaned up and brought paper towels back and he let me keep his jaket now he is my boyfriend.

Hi, Sharon! You should make a video on PCOS and endometriosis! They are both very prevalent illnesses that no one seems to talk about very much and they could use awareness! I suffer from PCOS myself, and it can be frustrating that a lot of people don’t understand the struggles with it.
