I've been a Renegade for almost 2 years and one thing I've learned is Ren can do everything! Rock, rap, blues, reggae, oldies, scatting, beatboxing, songwriting, producing, and acting, as well as being incredible on the guitar, bass, piano and drums. And his message is badly needed in this world. A true artist and generational talent! ❣️🦇❣️🦇❣️
I feel like I should say "Welcome to Ren!" a second time 😅 You definitely did get the message. There are some variant opinions, but a very valid interpretation. Definitely better than most reactors. Want to be even more impressed? This was a live one-shot. We saw him remove his mic just before he doused himself. It took them 180+ attempts, but they got it done. Live performances and one-shots are things Ren's known for, stemming from his history of street performing (busking). The guitarist was his then-roommate and The Big Push bandmate, Romain Axisa. He's a beast. I always feel like a shout out is necessary. If you continue with Ren, you'll find he has a way of surrounding himself with very talented people, as well. Also shout out to his longtime friend and cinematographer, Sam Perry-Falvey. Ren's independent and hired friends as his crew, so "friend and" legitimately goes before every job title like cinematographer, videographer, manager, art director, photographer, etc. They all helped him for free before he made money and Ren says a huge part of what makes him happy about starting to gain traction is that he's been able to raise the people around him out of poverty and enable them to follow their dreams, as well. I'm really enjoying you just clicking on videos that strike your interest instead of taking the exact same path fans lead every reactor down. The only warning I feel compelled to make is that The Tales need to be watched in order (Jenny, Screech, Violet) and you shouldn't watch Kujo Beat Down randomly or without a LOT of additional context (minimum of the 35 minute explanation video, Sick Boi, Hi Ren, Money Game 3 and Dumb King Come (King Dotta Diss)). Otherwise, go nuts!

Hello and welcome to the start of the Money Game Trilogy. A brilliant video that starts a Trilogy about the various elements of greed, commercialisation, monetisation, and the hypocrisy of the modern world. This particular video was recorded in the same building as Illest of Our Time and was a true one take. It was recorded live with four microphones (one on Ren, one on the guitarist, one on the camera, and one on the guitar itself), one camera, several VERY long days and over 170 attempts to get a true SINGLE one take video. This was recorded on a minimum budget as well, practically 0 quid/dollars. The only editing done was for cleaning up the audio, centering levels, some color correction and brightness/contrast adjustment to keep the actors in proper focus, and clarity. Money Game Part 1 represents the role of government, power, and the identification of self-perpetuation within the broken systems of money by those entities. Ren represents, at least what most of us have figured out, the actual power inherent to those macro systems. The guitarist in the money bag cover is Romain Axisa, his buddy and former bandmate from The Big Push, and an amazing artist himself. He represents the PEOPLE, as in you and me, being kept from the true power of the 'money game' and yet simultaneous unwitting AND willing participants of our shared greed. The immolation and gas can at the end of the video represents Ren's (power's) attempt to control and destroy that which would prevent the money game from continuing with then Ren realising now that the PEOPLE have their 'eyes' open (hence him drawing eyes on the bag just prior) that Ren is now the problem and the cause of the greed perpetuating itself ad nauseum. He 'immolates' at the end to represent the idea that even those in power CAN, and should, destroy the greed in place and restore homogeneity to the people, where it belongs, where Capitalism was MEANT to be. Money Game represents one of the most complex stories that Ren has ever produced and one of the deepest and most personal of Ren's personal morals, ethics, and beliefs in a singular set of masterpieces.
