Twenty plus years ago, I heard God ask me, “ give up all your hopes and dreams.” What?!? How can I? I am human. I moped around for weeks trying to die. Years later I had forgotten about that. Until recently I have learned the meaning of this.. truly it is dying to self… not in my own power or strength but in BEHOLDING how precious, loving and merciful our Father is to me and others.. He has to be my first love! Thank you brother for sharing this message as it was a confirmation of what God is teaching me.

Brother Zac, I have been listening to your Spirit filled preaching for a couple of years now and have learned so much about The Word and my Christian walk. This sermon was so timely in regard to what God has been showing me about my struggle with not resting in God's way of death to self. After so many years of seeking to embolden my self-life while still trying to honor my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Dying to self only where I was willing. Seeing some growth but remaining void elsewhere in my Christian life. "I want my life to count for God..." The life inside is key! Death to self daily, living only for The Lord manifesting in my life. May God continue to Bless you and your teaching Brother Zac.

    Jeremiah 8:1-7
1 At that time, saith the Lord, they shall bring out the bones of the kings of Judah, and the bones of his princes, and the bones of the priests, and the bones of the prophets, and the bones of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, out of their graves:
2 And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth.
3 And death shall be chosen rather than life by all the residue of them that remain of this evil family, which remain in all the places whither I have driven them, saith the Lord of hosts.
4 Moreover thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord; Shall they fall, and not arise? shall he turn away, and not return?
5 Why then is this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return.
6 I hearkened and heard, but they spoke not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle.
7 Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord.

" I was born again 63 years ago", the question is if one is born again according to the commandment of Jesus:
    (1) Did Jesus say one should baptise again even if baptized as infant and accepted Jesus through Parents?
    (2) With the second baptism, have you not renounced the original Jesus in you?
    (3) Had Jesus not reaffirmed the law of Moses concerning "obey your parents"? Then, is it right to disobey your parents and go after a Pastor, who doesnt follow any of the teachings of Jesus like give away one if you have two, and get baptized by that unclean hands for a second time?
I ask this because I see several people like this Pastor disobeying their parents and forefathers and getting re-baptized blinded by a Pastor, who has earned the capability to hoodwink the people at any extent under the graceful influence of Satan.
    (4) Even if it is first baptism, is it right to get baptized by an earthly Pastor, in whom the life of Jesus has not manifested to prove that his righteousness is above scribes, he doesnt lust in mind seeing other women, he is free from the desires of accumulating wealth, he is able to love his enemy like himself?
Can anyone, who support this Pastor answer to the above in the light of the teachings of Jesus and not necessarily based on the teachings of Paul?

Dear Sir. ..the command is to believe ( and this necessarily involves repentance ) and be baptized
Also it's your faith in God's commandment to be baptized that God sees and not how clean the baptizer is....no one absolutely no one is perfect not even the one who baptizes an infant
You are called to obey your parents in the Lord i.e according to the word
I had the previledge to be saved at the age of 23 and bring my mother father brother sisters and many friends from non Christian backgrounds to the saving knowledge of our glorious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
God bless you in your seeking
