Thinking about it the powers are obvious You can Draw LIKE A BOSS but what if Draw draw (ik that is not a real devil fruit) Could turn to whatever you draw
Its a bit easier now a days but still very hard if it's done alone or even in teams because it takes hours and weeks of work for ideas, character dialogues, backgrounds and animations. So we have to respect even the anime or animation of the worst quality

There are a lot of ways to try to reduce animation time, like making objects still for many frames (when dialogue is the main aspect of the scene), using loops (like when gear fourth luffy is bouncing) and flat colour, digital shading. However, the frames that are drawn do take a fair amount of time and the work is split amongst a big tram of animators. So the experienced top-dog animators will usually be doing the main characters and fight sequences (anything that needs to be good), and the juniors will mostly be doing stuff like extras, backgrounds, etc. There are also sometimes different animators for characters and special effects like smoke and explosions. Hope that clears it up a little.

Very good Content! I really enjoy watching these type of videos. It is talent like this that has inspired me to make my own TH-cam channel. I think I have gotten pretty good with my anime/manga speed art (time-lapse) recently thanks to videos like this.
