@breadandcircuses8127 you know they wanted Payton to go out with his second SB title. I heard one of the refs was from Denver and refereed many of the Broncos home games. I don't know.
@breadandcircuses8127 I agree with you but you gotta admit that Cam gave up. He realized the refs weren't going to call a fair game and threw in the towel. If he gave his all the Broncos still would've won because the league needed Peyton to go out like Elway, but it would've forced the refs to make so many aggregious calls that there would be no doubt that the game was fixed. To me that's the only regret I have, that Cam didn't force the league's hand enough to make it blatantly obvious to casual fans what was going on.

I can never understand how players keep shoving guys in the back on nearly every special teams return when they know its an automatic 10 yard penalty and more importantly will negate any huge return. Does your brain turn off when your on the field? Its the easiest penalty to avoid. If a guy is running in front if you, dont shove him.
