We used to get cassette tapes, taped live, of the original block parties, up in the Bronx, back in the late 70s, early 80s . . . Before anything had been put onto wax! My friends sister, (Pamela Grant!) had connection out there. We could work out most of what was going on, Emceeing, Rapping, DJing etc, but we couldn't for the life of us, work the scratching out . . . until we saw DST, & The Supreme Team on video!
