- Drew strikes a balance between charity and profit margin when dealing with non-profit organizations. The storage trailers at a fairground museum are bursting at the seams, but closing the deal is proving difficult. A Scottish estate's owner is eager to sell, but the home's best features are too large to relocate. Drew and Tee rummage through a scrap yard in Northampton before heading to a Birmingham basement for a group fund-raiser.
Drew Pritchard, the owner of one of the UK's largest decorative salvage yards, is always on the lookout for new items to replenish his stock, and he has no qualms about scouring the countryside for them. This series follows Drew as he searches for old and lost pieces of history throughout the world, including some opulent estates. But locating them is only half the battle; Drew must persuade the owner of each object to sell it to him for a good price, and then it's off to the scrap yard, where his team restores it to its former glory before selling it for profit.

American carousals go counterclockwise for a reason. It made it easier to grab the "brass" ring with your right hand as you passed it. Growing up near Coney Island as a five your-old child leaning out, not strapped in and grabbing the ring was a thrill. However, the older kids of 8 or 9 years old would try to grab the ring with their thumbs. This meant bending your right hand backwards to extend your thumb out and your left hand was just holding on to the pole with the last knuckle of your longest two fingers.

I very much enjoy this program. I buy, renovate, sell similar objects in Baltimore MD..a mecca for interesting American artifacts..and follow Dress adventures. He has helped improve my bargaining skills.
Another terrific episode, what interesting people/sellers. Like T"s humor, and what a cutie Enzo is...thank the whole team. These episodes have everything, drama, unique adventures, varied locations and mystery.

Yeah the problem is they're so dirty that takes away from the value of the light covers that would have to be at least a 80% discount on price cause drew will have to take some time find someone to clean them up

The lighting is 3 times more expensive than he quoted what was worth £160 vs £480 in his website. & his costs is about £10 EAch, £10 EACH!!!......... what a wipe-off to the owner. The profit margin is 4800%！！！！ Same for the extra long sofa, absolutely no way he will sell it for £1200. I guess it might be £5000++
