Banks should never give you new bills. You don't want to load new bills in an ATM. When you work with your local bank to set up your ATM accounts you tell them it's ATM cash.

A QUESTION ,,, ANYONE POSSIBLY KNOW ,,, can a cash box from hyasong atm ,,, malfunction from a open seem in back of cash box exactlly at the point of dispense openning on the box ,,, money 48 bills are missing and doesnt add up to the amount of bills that were loaded is it very possible that 48 out of 310 bills were spitted out to customers because of open seem in rear exit slit of the cash box ,, 1000 % 310 bills were loaded ,, and noone has entered vault

This was shot in 2010. Cell phone cameras have come a long way since then. ATM's have also come a long way. They are less expensive, the screens are much bigger and are full color, and use Windows OS now. Lot's of options.
