I think the math is backwards. If David is in his thirties he would have been in his twenties going to college so Ethan could be twelve

@@sharonbunn3752 I think you're right. Since Carol and George were married 35 years ago, David would be no older than 34 (presuming that he was born after the marriage, not out of wedlock). If we go by the 20 years, that would make him 14 when he was in college and when Ethan was conceived. I wish these people would make things make sense. When there are such blatant inconsistencies in the stories, it takes away from the enjoyment. Ugh!!!

Call the police!! You are dealing with murderers. Once they got what they wanted you and Ethan would probably be dead. I don’t think the police would have their sirens on when they approach a hostage situation.

The voice and the CC printing at about 8:30 minutes have become out of sync and very annoying.

There’s something to be said about speaking clearly but speaking this slowly is not only annoying but detrimental to the story.

I have a question for the author(s) of these stories .... do any of you actually exist, or is this all an AI completely stereotypic droning of the same story, over and over. AI is not that well developed yet. It might be a good thing to limit its use and to rely on your own imaginations (coupled with some decent real-world research) to write.
You know, talk to real, live, breathing people who (gasp) are.....70! Or even 62 or 63 and learn about their lives. Stereotypes are just that. Think for yourselves, and remember that, these days (and for centuries before now) being 60 is hardly a door to doom and gloom.
I have a challenge for you (AI or breathing human). Talk to someone in their early 70s. Ask about that person's life. Talk to someone in their late 70s or early 80s (that's the decade after the 70s) and ask the same question. And don't think that everyone who has a loved one who has passed away is now alone and sitting watching the sun rise or set or tending to their little gardens in the back yard.
I think you'll find out that your concept of what the world is may change. Just a bit....you know, a tiny little bit. Like the depth of the Grand Canyon is a tiny little bit...
    P.S. I'm 78. Just sayin'...

Amen! People keep saying "AI", like it's an excuse for so many things wrong with these videos. I'm old school and AI resistant, so I don't know exactly how it works, but I would think that the bottom line is, a living, breathing human being has to first teach/program the AI for it to work. Is there something wrong with my logic?
