Just get a cheap RX 570-580 or a GTX 1650-1660 super graphics card. They are cheap and run me Doom Eternal (I have GTX 1650 Super because it is cheaper than RX here) at stable 60 FPS. I doubt you have 360 hz refresh rate Monitor so you wont need it.
getting 360 fps in Doom is really easy... 360 Hz monitor is affordable if you are devoted. so unless u live in africa or india, you can do it without selling your kidney.

I am unable to say 1fps difference between 56 and 57 tho (I was wild guessing at this point), that's the barrier where it looks the same to me. But my intention was not complaining how it would affect gameplay, but that even with RTX 3090 and i9 10900k you are able to drop under 50FPS. Weirdly satisfying.

Still your source tests must be bad, get a BD movie in 1080p (you will notice they will weight a lot of GB) and then compare it with a 4K version of it, you will notice nearly 0 differences, but if you tried with Netflix i'm sure you will notice differences but not cause of the resolution but cause of the encoding method of the low quality movies stored there. (or any streaming service honestly) I also have a 55" 4K screen that's why i said it and also did the tests.
