the whole "ARE YOU READY?" thing at the beginning sent chills up my spine.... Midnight had already left the band when I started listening to them. I would give anything to see them live when he was still with them. Amazing.
it tears me up..song for angels was the end of CG for me..astronomica was solid..very solid..i hated it when it came out..ive always been MIDNIGHT, took me a few years but wade black NAILED the 1999 album..legit a solid CG album..

He's one of my favorite singers of all time and his storytelling, lyrics and vocal performance are unmatched. However Midnight's performances were not steady especially considering how demanding Crimson Glory's material was. You can find better versions of that era on TH-cam and judge for yourself.

They only made one album that I enjoy....but boy what an album that was, one of the best melodic heavy metal record ever made....Transcendence.
I had the cassette Transcendence but the second one I didn't care for
the debut album was awesome too, i was not keen on the 3rd one tho

actually..this was 89..Midnight didnt leave the band til 1993/94
