I don't know if you're caught up on Korean speech patterns (informal and formal). Gottasade is an archaic formal word for 'say'. So it's generally not used in everyday speech. One of the places it's used in modern days is in the Bible.
Just like how KJVersion states "Thou shall not..." "Thus sayeth the Lord..."
Basically in the Korean translation of the Bible, whenever you have "Thus sayeth the Lord" for example, it could be like "신은 가라사대..." (Sin eun gottasadae) ie "God says..."
Pay in mind that this is written in the third person. So instead of BewhY saying " I say... Or I am.." he's more like "BewhY says he's the best" V's "I am the best"
And that's as far as I'll go in explaining this. Not sure I even worded it properly. But props to the reaction 😂.

Bewhy's music is on a whole other level, in my opinion. When I first listened to his album The Movie Star, I felt like my whole world changed. I may sound like I'm exaggerating but his album truly made me feel different, in a good way

BeWhy is one of the top rappers. there' s literally no one in Korea that has been able to replicate his diction, his flow, or his style. it's like if he produces a song, ppl will KNOW. He's basically a household name when it comes to modern rappers in Korea
I personally love his "Side by side" from the netflix series "Sweet home". Especially if you've seen the series, gives me chills every time it comes on, then you know some serious shit's gonna go down.

bewhy is actually a rap genius you can see it in his lyrics in his concepts, all his shit is fucking conceptual and honestly no one does it like him. he is saying things like 'hangeul will be sold' like, go BIG or go home really, he is mad powerful. let's not even talk about his delivery and presence, he is not flexing w shallow things but w actual intelligent lyrics like he can't be bothered but he strikes where it hurts and just... Seems like I didn't make myself clear on my previous comment so let me clarify it. All I'm trying to say is, Bewhy is a better rapper, in my opinion. Since I like Bewhy's style better. Obviously every rapper brings in their own flow/style and we have our own preferences. Also, I commented on this before I saw the video, so I had no idea they said suga and Bewhy should collab. If they want to collab, they should go for it. I ain't stopping them. It will be really cool if they do, the lyrics will be mindblowing!

I'm not fully accurate but 'Gottasadae' means somewhere along 'Thus says.........' and is especially used in revered sense. So like Bewhy gottasadae would somewhat translate as 'Thus says Bewhy'
