My father was part of the production crew of this movie. We lived close to San Francisco. At 3:46 and 3:55 the director agreed to let my dad park our GMC brown van on the street as the fire truck is moving through the shot. So for this shot and one other quick shot, our family's old-ass van is in a James Bond film!
Christopher Walker is one of my favourite Bond villains. I remember being allowed to stay up to watch the movie on TV in the late eighties on a Saturday Night and closing my eyes during prayers in church on the Sunday Morning thinking about all of Zorins poor Men at the end of the movie.
at around 4:15 the interviewer comes across a bit douchey with his whole do girls come up to you and say my mother is a big fan of yours. It must have been his way of telling him that your too long in the tooth now to play Bond, but Roger being the fun and polite gentleman he managed to come back with a couple of fun quips. A View To A Kill is quite an interesting movie, check it out if you haven't already.
Of the four people interviewed towards the end of this video, two are now deceased and I don't think it'll be long before Roger Moore is gone too. Having said that, Christopher Walken ain't far behind either but it truly saddens me just how much time has passed since *A View to a Kill* premiered. It's hard to believe it's now been 30 years! Man time has sure flown :>\
Mike Hawk Writing this from early 2018, Sir Roger Moore sadly passed away a few months ago (2017). We have also by this time lost Christopher Lee and Richard Kiel. Christopher Walken is still with us, wily as ever.
Do you by any chance have the rest of this episode on tape? In the last 15 minutes of this day’s show, they interview Gary Dotson and his wife Camille Dotson. Camille is a missing person so we are trying to get all the photos/videos of her that we can, so we can post them and hope that someone will recognize her through the footage.

He looks a lot younger in this interview than he did in the movie.
He looked better in the 1987 James Bond TV special. I guess his plastic surgery had settled in more by that time.
It’s cause he got a facelift. It’s not that he looks old in AVTAK, it’s that the surgery was bad and still setting in
I can't believe it's now 30 years since the movie came out. I remember watching it in the theater, along with the pre-release promos on TV.
almost 40 now..
I've never understood all the hatred so many Bond fans harbor towards Roger Moore.
Emanistan he made bond more into a joke and was too old for the last few movies he did
@@johnathanalvarez7907 @Johnathan Alvarez Speak for yourself. Moore was awesome in the role and kept the franchise going.
I liked him. he was amazing!
Roger WAS the best
Roger is far better than wooden and ugly Craig
Very Brilliant Documentary Good Morning America James Bond A View To A Kill
Good memories of fun summer movies! Farewell, Sir Roger Moore!
My favorite Bond forever!

I think Christopher Walken will be with us a while yet. He's a healthy guy, and not that old.

great actor, great film
So This film is called A View To Kill so the interviewer says more than once.
Roger Moore = The Saint, and James Bond
Christopher Lee = Dracula
love him a class act
I always forget how campy this movie is
Plus BOND tu MOORE👏👏👏
Chris Lee is totally right ! the Dark side of Bond is obvious in his villains. Two sides of the same coin.
Hope he's still keeping the British end up!
