Be strong Allah is with you, two months ago my father passed away (May Allah grant him jannat ul Fardos) after the death of my father i also face some mental health issues , fears, uncontrollable thoughts still facing it but I trust on Allah and i try to be positive and more faithful so plz don't worry and trust on Allah everything will be fine..
