I know this comment is really old but no that was not a fair matchup at all, dust is just sans with a high lv and attacks from other monsters meanwhile epic's blasters (which he can only summon 3 of at a time) are each equivalent to the power of 1/3 of a nuke

Sans never has gived a crap about defense, and since Murder Sans is maxed out and this is probably his strongest attack, an undodgable attack apparently, ya it probably would drain that much hp. If you throw out an attack intended to vaporize everything, that would include the eye, ofcourse.
