Thanks man this works like charm. Someone below pointed out a fix to an additional issue here IF your PC doesnt see your devices you want to pair up. "go to devices and printer--->then right click on your dongle icon and select bluetooth settings and check if "alllow other devices to see this pc" and make sure it is ticked...will hopefully fix your issue"

Great video. Great tech support. Honestly I spent part of the day yesterday installing a driver for a Chinese X Box 360 controller receiver. Had to put Windows in test mode and edit the .inf. Huge hassle. Yet here I am the next day manipulating drivers on a piece of hardware that's 15 years newer. Never changes, man. Bought this adapter to go with the new Xbox controller I just got too. lol. Man they have changed these things! Hardly ever use one but I have to admit that driving a car in some of these FPS games is a lot easier with a controller.
thank you sooo much, I've tried to use the suggested CSR Harmony for TP-link UB400 but it didn't work, so I uninstalled it, downloaded a generic bluetooth radio (idk if i needed to do?) followed this tutorial and finally I've fixed it.
finaly i found somone that could help.. my bt audio dogle just resett it self or some shit, to just a bt so i could not have it as a audio bt, that it was made for when i got it. now it work again. thank you dude :)
You have to own the CSR Dongle, it's a version 4, you bought a version 5 and that requires generic bluetooth radio driver and should default to generic radio from Microsoft after you uninstall CSR software. The CSR Software is so much better than Microsoft's.

I can see that the bluetooth is on and I can start searching for devices but it doesn't find my devices and I also can't see my computer with my phone on bluetooth. I also allowed discoverability in the bluetooth settings but it's still the same. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

This video saved me. make sure its the yellow folder showing Generic Bluetooth radio. Other Generic Bluetooth radio without the yellow folder wont work.

Dude thanks so much. I couldn't get this stupid Bluetooth adapter to work for the life of me. It works now but I have one concern. Windows said that if i install the driver it could harm the hardware and my computer could stop working completely. I did it anyway and nothing has happened yet.
