b : to close or make secure against access, leakage, or passage by a fastening or coating
c : to fix in position or close breaks in with a filling (as of plaster)

Also, I REALLY want to learn Japanese and I've heard it's a hard language to learn but I want to start learning now at a young age (9) so if it's possible could you tell the best way to learn Japanese on your own if you the best you know the best way or one of the best ways or a way you think is great because I think the language is cool and fascinating! Also, I hope to live in Japan one day so that's a big reason too. I also really want to learn Japanese and then go back to your Japanese channel (minicuteclub) and understand what your saying because right now I'm watching them without knowing what you're saying so if you know the best way to learn Japanese, please reply to this comment
