Noraly, if I were the Minister of Education in my country, your videos would be part of the school curriculum. Your videos serve as a basis for studying geography, art, culture, geology, behavior, amazing people and so on. The way you react to situations is also a school of life. Despite my 67 years I still have dreams! Thanks!

As a teacher myself for 27 years, Noraly is not only an excellent story teller, but a fantastic tour guide that gives her YT followers a birds-eye view of the wonderful countries she visits. She is my highlight of the day in my retirement. I love her channel, her travels and her bravery! Bless you, Noraly and Alaska!
Being run off the road so many times? I would think of that as a problem. That she and Alaska survived unscathed...the angel riding with her working overtime. Again.
Wow, coming from a typical Indian village and growing up in there, I see so many similarities here and in my hometown. In fact we had exactly same kind of toilets. In fact till I was 10 years old, we did not even had toilets. Left hometown at 16 for higher studies and now at 37 settled in a major-city, I terribly miss the village life. There was a slowness and tranquility that was present there. And being a kid, it was a worry-free time.
Hey, I'm an African American teenager whom family hasn't been to Africa in centuries but has ancestor that traces back there. Shoutout to you for exploring the areas of west Africa, whereas my family supposedly traces back there.
I have told so many people about this Lady and her travels and now they are as addicted to the updates as I am. Absolutely brilliant viewing and I envy her courage and her happy, easy-going demeanour. Really great 👍
I believe that I've watched nearly every episode that you've placed on TH-cam. I've come to think of you as my spirit guide. I'm mentally riding alongside you, seeing all the wonders you see, hiking into forests and jungles that--due to my 71 years and small income--I will never get to experience. I know that I'm not alone in sharing this feeling. I just want to thank you for opening the world to those like me and everyone else, for approaching each new day with a positive attitude and a generous smile, even when the going gets rough. The world would be a little "less" wondrous without you bringing it to us. Just wanted to let you know how much you are truly appreciated.
Indeed I feel same as far as her being a guiding light. Noraly has impacted my life in such a positive way by showing how to ethically and morally interact with people. I "thought" I was doing pretty good but she has shown me how to take it to the next level. Peace!
Some of the doctoral students I've worked with from Africa have had the scarification. Thank you again for the sociology lesson. Your travels are educational to so many of us. Safe travels.
Dear Noraly, as always your research and presentation provide an unparalleled experience for those of us following your adventures. Please know that these efforts that you so diligently put forth are greatly appreciated and go above and beyond what many may expect from a world traveller/adventurer. For you to carry on diligently overachieving is a truly wonderful inspiration. It’s amazing to experience the details of all that you learn and then portray them in your videos. MANY THANKS for your efforts !…❤❤❤Rick
Rick, I try to read most comments each week. Occasionally I am impressed with how well some commenters are able to accurately articulate this amazing experience we are receiving twice a week. Your comment is a perfect example. So well done! Peace!
Noraly i enjoy every one of your videos. I especially loved this one because it seemed more in depth and i love learning about customs and ways of other countries. Thank you for sharing with us.
At some point, an honorary doctorate degree should be granted for outstanding contributions in social work development and position of global ambassador from home country with distinction. I’ve never seen anyone more deserving of this award than Noraly.
Basic human needs -- food, clothing, shelter, ... security/community -- the same all the world over. Fascinating how different people provide these. Thanks, Noraly.
The houses are fascinating as is the different cultures in this part of Africa. This trip is full of struggles and beauty. So enjoyable with excellent narrating. Love the content you show us.
Noraly is the definition of finding places off of the beaten path. Unusual houses and the story of scars. I cannot believe you told this story in thirty minutes. Amazing editing! Mud stuck trucks then those stopped by head on collisions, what will be next.
The way you take us through Africa so systematically is for sure the stuff which only a legend can accomplish... Even National Geographic could learn a thing or two from your presentations...❤

Kudos to the lady she doing amazing things

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and unique community! Very interesting customs. The traditional houses and scarification techniques were so fascinating. One constant on the tarmac...broken trucks. Beautiful drone footage, Noraly! So lush and green.

Scary at times yes, but meeting so many very nice people and the views......You make your own luck and Noraly has a ton of it. She always gets out of sticky situations smelling like a rose. Noraly, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for sharing your incredible journey in Africa, particularly in the episode centered around Benin in West Africa. Your storytelling transported me and many others to a land of adventure and exploration. Learning about your experiences in Benin was enlightening and deeply inspiring. Your ability to capture the place's essence and culture is commendable. :)
Your narratives are quite educative and the choice of scenery is fantastic. Your drone shots are very professionally done and very beautiful imagery production. Keep it up Noraly.

I like the way she stays away from politics, socio-economic, and local issues. I like that. She is also very respectful of culture and calls it beautiful even when i think it is not. You are the best. Keep going . My family and i are glued to your trips.
Noraly, I'm so amazed at how well you communicate with so many different languages, and cultures. I'm watching this and still saying, HUH? what did they say? So much to learn! Thank you so much for always presenting and sharing such wonderful places. Stay safe!
You may have noticed during this episode, Noraly just follows along not knowing where customs is located or her next meal will come from. She is so positive, good natured and trust worthy that she brings out only the best in people. Stay safe and ride on NORALY!
I was on a "voodoo trail" in Togo and Benin and crossed the border at the same checkpoint where police had a table under the tree. Watching you I am living my memories.😀
Where we running after money, modern homes, electronics, fashion, cars, and malls filled with thousands of choices of shiny things. Its fascinating to see such people in this world with so much minimal living that I can't even imagine.
These are the voyages of Itchy Boots. On her continueing mission to seek out new paths and new civilisations. To boldly go where no Noraly has gone before :-) The Baobab (?) tree is fantastic! Big Fat Thumbs-up 👍 Greets from the Netherlands 🌷, T.
20:44 ...I wonder what the materials used to build those wonderful shelters ? a round hut of beaten mud with a conical roof of thatch.. Sloping roofs of palm or straw thatch are more usual materials. Along the coastal lagoons, houses are often built on stilts. The main entrance is always located on the west side, facing sunset during the winter solstice. Many homes are made from sun-dried mud bricks and mud plaster, with straw roofs. The sun bakes the mud so well that it does not get destroyed in the rain.
Just excellent. I was fascinated that the decoration of the traditional house exterior was so like the scarification on the young man. Than you Noraly.
Yes, it was one of the few episodes in this series, when Noraly had no problems and smiled the whole way through. However, it was a "dangerous" situation when Noraly got in the middle of a territorial battle between cows. Her reaction was a delight, when with a child's voice she respectfully asked the combatants: "be nice, be nice, chi chi chi!..."Be always safe Noraly!
@@lucindavillarreal2676 Very cute. I noticed that as well. It seems to be how she deals with stressful situations - "be nice", very calm and respectful. It seems a very effective means of deescalation while at the same time calmly but quickly completing the task at hand. She seems to slip in and out "iffy" situations quite skillfully. "Be nice now.". And then she's gone.
I can think of few bedrooms that are as cool as the ones you showed here. I am thankful to the guide who was able to provide a window through which we could glimpse a bit of their culture. Thank you !
I discovered your channel two weeks ago and what a sheer delight it is to see your adventures from the safety of my armchair😅Your personality is beguiling, the content and the knowledge you share with us all is wonderful. Keep safe keep well from a new and ardent fan 🥰
Wow, what a beautiful country and people. That was crazy how many trucks were crashed and broken down. I loved their traditional round houses and cooking areas. Thanks Noraly. Stay safe on those roads.
Truck accidents, broken down trucks, getting run off the road…I would have thought you were riding in Houston 😅 Glad you made it safely to your destination 🙏🏼 And I have to agree the the traditional homes were fascinating. Their structure made them look like small castles. Excellent exploring in this episode!
What a wonderful education you are providing us followers of your channel. I enjoy riding on the back of Alaska exploring the surrounding areas where ever you are. Started following you about a month ago. You are amazing....such inner strength and Courage. Watching your journey makes me see this country, and the people differently. The people seem, what the world would Define as poverty-stricken.... But yet they seem at peace, content.... As they enjoy their days. Do some work, help when they can. It makes me think, AMERICA IS DRIVEN MORE BY MATERIALISM, FAST PACED, ENVY AND GREED. THAT AMERICA HAS MISSED OR LOST SOMETHING IMPORTANT.... SIMPLICITY, SMILING, KINDNESS, SLOWING DOWN..... CARING FOR OTHERS AROUND THEM.... THANKS FOR SHARING
Very fascinating architecture. As a student, I took a couple of architecture courses. Modern architects could benefit by adopting some of their principles for cooling buildings, especially in warm climates.
Thanks for teaching us the culture, religion and their histories. It's a fresh knowledge for us too. The scars shows us the identity of Benin people. You are really an ambassador for your viewers.
Watching your guide and some other people in you video, I see that the mobile mania has reached the most remote African villages. Very interesting visit of Benin typical houses. I look forward to the next episode.
All those accidents demonstrates the crazy dangerous travelling you experienced today. Getting run off the road at oeast three times is nerve racking. It is amazing how you maintained a powerfully positive attitude.
Great episode showing the different sides of life in this culture. We also saw The Big Five:- cow headbutting 1 v lorry head-ons 4! Lovely place well filmed. Thank you!

The beans you saw are known as locust beans. It is boiled in high temperature for some eight hours to make it possible to remove the seed's hard shells. The seeds undergo yet further processing including fermentation and are ultimately used for soup seasoning.

How many people can say I've seen the entire world. Literally seen, not flown over...major props to you Noraly 👏
How many people can say they are miiionares before age 30 ?
Thank you Noraly.❤ I love to watch your videos because there is always something to learn in every single video.
I like the way she stays away from politics, socio-economic, and local issues. I like that. She is also very respectful of culture and calls it beautiful even when i think it is not.
You are the best. Keep going . My family and i are glued to your trips.
It’s really nice to se you interact with other people and se so many nice and helpful people in these themes when the news only shows war and crime.
Noraly, I'm so amazed at how well you communicate with so many different languages, and cultures. I'm watching this and still saying, HUH? what did they say? So much to learn! Thank you so much for always presenting and sharing such wonderful places. Stay safe!
Noraly pays attention to their body language as much as their words. The words may not be understood, but body language is easy for her to read.
So loving and accepting with no judgment, just curiosity and amazement, she is truly blessed.
26:50 - a most butiful toilet that i ever saw! ) Noraly, thank you for sharing world to all fo us, yotube viewers around the world!
Where we running after money, modern homes, electronics, fashion, cars, and malls filled with thousands of choices of shiny things. Its fascinating to see such people in this world with so much minimal living that I can't even imagine.
Thank you Noraly for touring us in places we never been 👍👍
And probably never will have courage or resources to travel….off the beaten track and high up in the mountains!
These are the voyages of Itchy Boots.
On her continueing mission to seek out new paths and new civilisations.
To boldly go where no Noraly has gone before :-)
The Baobab (?) tree is fantastic! Big Fat Thumbs-up 👍
Greets from the Netherlands 🌷, T.
Love it when a real native shows you around their community
Her reaction was a delight, when with a child's voice she respectfully asked the combatants: "be nice, be nice, chi chi chi!..."Be always safe Noraly!
that one got me
Cute, right?
@@lucindavillarreal2676 Very cute. I noticed that as well. It seems to be how she deals with stressful situations - "be nice", very calm and respectful. It seems a very effective means of deescalation while at the same time calmly but quickly completing the task at hand. She seems to slip in and out "iffy" situations quite skillfully. "Be nice now.". And then she's gone.
Those "cows" looked more like bulls to me. (no udders)
Benin is the safest country of west africa it is normal
❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦 Thank you Noraly, I have learned more about the world and the people in it watching all your videos than I would ever have.
Thank you Noraly for showing us wonderful Africa.
Friendly people and incredible landscapes.
All the best for people of Africa.
I can think of few bedrooms that are as cool as the ones you showed here. I am thankful to the guide who was able to provide a window through which we could glimpse a bit of their culture. Thank you !
You’re in a part of the world I’ve always wanted to see. I look forward to each new video.

Hey Danomies, hwz Houston?
Now the roads are better all over the country
I love how non judgmental you are . It’s educational and wishing you a safe journey.
You are amazing, unbelievable, inspiring. Thank you for showing West Africa to the world.💗💗💗💗💗
Absolutely fascinating, I feel like we go on a National Geographic tour with every video, so interesting and what an adventure.
I love those tiny castles of Benin ! Protected by voodoo charms encased in mud and part of the foundation - fascinating.
What a wonderful education you are providing us followers of your channel. I enjoy riding on the back of Alaska exploring the surrounding areas where ever you are. Through your amazing videos, I have learned a great deal about the African continent that I never learned as a student in college. Your passion sharing your experience is the reason I look forward to each episode.
She should be a World Tourism Ambassador . Every night her channel is my treat . Very educational and she’s taking me places I never imagined exist . Ms. Noraly you amazed me . Your adventure around the world riding motorcycle is extraordinary. Stay safe 🙏🏻
Another phenomenal episode Noraly! We all learn so much about different cultures & our glorious, beautiful World. The drone footage is second to none. Continued guidance & protection always for you & Alaska. 👍💚🤗🌞💦

How are you
It’s hard to describe how much I appreciate your fantastic videos. Absolutely 👍!!! And you are a brave woman too and a great motorcycle 🏍️ rider ❤. Thank you so much. I still follow you while on a solo motorcycle trip to Finland 🇫🇮, age 72 😊. Love it.
He Noraly, thats look o so nice. So much culture of local Benin. Thank you so much
Thanks again what a fascinating people and their homes thanks for sharing. I still can't get over that when you drove through Bullhead city Arizona I saw my bedroom window in your rearview camera ha ha ha ha. Have fun stay safe.
Started following you about a month ago.
You are amazing....such inner strength and
Courage.
Watching your journey makes me see this country, and
the people differently.
The people seem, what the world would
Define as poverty-stricken....
But yet they seem at peace, content....
As they enjoy their days.
Do some work, help when they can.
It makes me think, AMERICA IS DRIVEN MORE
BY MATERIALISM, FAST PACED, ENVY AND GREED.
THAT AMERICA HAS MISSED OR LOST SOMETHING
IMPORTANT....
SIMPLICITY, SMILING, KINDNESS,
SLOWING DOWN.....
CARING FOR OTHERS AROUND THEM....
THANKS FOR SHARING
Very fascinating architecture. As a student, I took a couple of architecture courses. Modern architects could benefit by adopting some of their principles for cooling buildings, especially in warm climates.
I remain amazed at the places you go. My wife and I look forward to each new episode.
Thanks for teaching us the culture, religion and their histories. It's a fresh knowledge for us too. The scars shows us the identity of Benin people. You are really an ambassador for your viewers.
Thank you for your bravery. You are the most amazing woman ever. Thank you for taking us all on your adventures.
So nice to see how people treat you, so friendly. You are our ambassador to our world 👍So enjoy your adventures. What a view. 👍😁 Ride safe😊
Thank you!
Again.........thank you for bringing up and showing this part of the world. Fascinating drone shots.
Another video “wait” made worthwhile! Your “interesting” areas always are beyond whatever I could imagine! Good safe rides are fun and your drone shots are thrilling. Your videos are enriching in ever so many ways. Thank you.
Your French is improving. Your linguistic skills and the ability to quickly pick up a language is impressive.
Thanks for another introduction to a people who otherwise would not know existed. Love traveling the world with you! Merci.
((lives in a country that shares linguistic regions with France ))
Merci Becoup Aaussi

The houses looks be decorated same pattern than the tribe face is
The beans you saw are known as locust beans. It is boiled in high temperature for some eight hours to make it possible to remove the seed's hard shells. The seeds undergo yet further processing including fermentation and are ultimately used for soup seasoning.
Thank you for explaining.
Norally has shown the world Africa got all types of climates from snow in south africa, tropical rain forest, deserts, you are doing a wonderful job.
Those traditional houses are beautiful and fascinating! I’ve never seen anything like it. As someone else said, they do look like little castles. 🏰 Thank you for another immensely interesting video. The view from the overlook was just amazing! Be safe!
