First, it should be noted that these are PS4 games that play great on the PS5. Sniping games are my favorite, and the Contract series is one of the best out there. Each contract area has multiple challenges that are impossible to do in one mission, greatly extending game play. Getting 100% on every contract requires many hours of playing. Another extender is that there are multiple entrances to many of the contract areas that change the way you carry out the contract. There's lots of sneaking to do, and the challenges that require that no alarms be tripped force you to do a thorough recon to asses patterns before taking the first shot, and in some cases, changing overwatch locations to gain access to all the hostiles. Game pacs add some great weapons, and different challenges require different weapons and sometimes special ammo as well. My personal favorite combo when playing Contracts 2 is the MSSR 10 medium range integral suppressed sniper rifle with Carbon barrel/muzzle brake and Vertigo long range optic, the ZA 556W suppressed with Tac ACOG optic, and the Harrier heavy pistol suppressed with collimator optic.
The original Delta Force was a real lone wolf game. Your Lz was realistic from your target. You had to adjust for elevation, not windage & you could see your bullet path with a tracer effect. If you didnt miss you could pick off multiple targets before the rest caught wind. When they did, their return fire wasnt lasers but it was time to gtfo & reposition. I still have it & land warrior on mint Cds. First was 98 I believe. Good times.

The game looks cool but I'd love if they made it more realistic. There were so many off things were they should have spotted the sniper. And man, in every game where you are walking in grass, nobody sees you. Reality would be different. Still looks fun but they could make the effort

Depends on how little he is… as you can see there are some very violent and cruel scenes. It’s important that he doesn’t get scared by the violence and that he understands it’s just a game, and in reality things like these are not to be even remotely replicated. No that he owns a sniper obviously, but even scenes with knives or beatings, punches etc… it’s important that he can discern the game from reality, where violence is unacceptable and it’s very dangerous. I’d say under 14 years I wouldn’t let him play. There are a lot of super fun games that aren’t violent, even ones where you shoot, but that don’t show blood and extremely graphic images like this one. Fortnite is a good example!
We don't want military dudes to make games for us since the games are usually created with the idea of being non fucking realistic and making you fell a bad ass in a virtual scenario. Think before making dumb comments around TH-cam, it's embarrassing.
