Truth of the matter is that he had the looks. Ppl liked his looks how he could emotionally connect with ppl. I had no personal issues with Qazi. I liked him as a person but I remember that he used to go off tune a lot during his performances but still won n I thought it was so unfair to those who really had skills but could not match him in looks. Honestly if it's a singing show the winner should be the one with the most skill but sadly that's not how these shows work. Arijit becoming world renowned is an example how reality is very different. Playback singing does not need a pretty face.. it needs a soulful voice.
It was not about looks. He had a very likeable and charming personality.
