Nami is not that viable despite accomplishing perfect Bubbles and Rs and even with Battlesong, Mandate, Helia etc. It's not at all worth it. Just need minor buffs on her cooldown bubble and W scaling, if riot does not want to affect Nami's laning phase, just give her better W bounce scaling.

yeah the healing over time from rejuvenation is chained too - although its a tiny amount.
