I can't get over how cozy half of these builds are. I absolutely love this.
No matter what server I play on I like to build cool little things like this.
I leave the doors,windows, and chests unlocked so people don't break anything.
I'm on a pvp island server now and am going to build it. Going to leave a message board saying
"Boudreaux's Fish & Tackle Lodge. Hunt, Fish, and Take off a load next to the fire. Please stock fridge and fire place if empty."
9 out of 10 times no one messes or breaks anything for a real long time.....though there are always those eventually vandalize just because.

I built this on a little lake in the middle of the Extinction map and it was perfect to add on a pier for a boat and a greenhouse extension! I loved it! It was our favorite base on a beautiful spot and the perfect size! Thank you for the build and your awesome ideas!
I allways admiring aaron's work, every building i built mostly guide from aaron. I even made 4 design in 1 spot previously. Aaron design is totally amazing
This is a really neat idea...but I think I'll put a stilt house on the beach instead of the swamp...kind of an annoying place to live with all the sarcos and snakes.
Yeah I originally built it on teh beach but remembered I had already made 2 beach houses

Just wanted to say your builds are amazing and recreating them really helps me focus when my anxiety gets out of control. Got 2 bases that are pretty much your builds and I Love them. I did have a question about how you get foundations to snap onto ceiling pieces on the hover spacecraft you made. is there a setting to change or a code to put in for a server? Love this, so glad I've found your channel. Can't wait to have a go at this and other build ideas. The only thing I would do differently with this is that I'd have to have a full thick stone pillar section from the ground up to under where the fireplace is for 'realism'.

I built this on fjodur asgard in front of the rock drake cave, looks awesome in the shadowmain area. Nice channel to get ideas or just simply copy it :)

I love the double thick wall idea. I'm new to your videos so maybe that's something you do a lot. But it's a new idea to me and seems pretty ingenious.

Your builds are awesome! Would be great to see you build without admin flight capabilities though as some of it is all but impossible without tek suit hovering or admin flight.

How are you getting snapping to work with the fence supports? I just started playing when Ark was free on Epic Games a little while back. I cannot get the fence foundations or supports to snap at all. It's made building a dino pen a huge frustration.
Very excited to see how you work with one of the most god awful biomes in videogame history... hope the build includes several sponges and antibiotic creams for dealing with leech bites

Does anyone else have trouble with the builds like certain pieces don’t snap so easily or even at all I can’t get the ceiling piece to snap to the stairs
I recommend to built a spike wall around it😂
You gotta fight 3 titanoboas, 1 baryonyx, 2 sarcos, a school of piranhas and a kapros to place down your first pillar then repeat.

living in the swamp is actually really fun! there is a non-stop thrill, amazing music, you never run out food because of mangrove trees and you’re always close to great things
