Hippogriffia can make you lead Sirens who mind control the world Zarantia allows you to become the worm queen and reclaim the deserts from those rotten mortals Yale has everything from Anarchism to a Monarchy that has a revived Monarch as its leader Equestria has the Civil war where you can either become Daybreaker and burn all the infidels or bring back the Thestrals to Equestria with the help of the exiles in Zebrica There are a lot more even more insane focus trees, but this should give a small insight into what the mod has to offer.

As other people have been saying Staliongrad is one of the more boring countries, you gotta try stuff like the Hippogriffia Posadist path. Basically if you don't know about Posad he had the idea to use nukes to light Earth's atmosphere on fire to act as an intergalactic beacon for aliens to bring space communism. And some stuff about dolphins. Oh and it's been crossed with Zhadinov from TNO to created hyper-sonic nukes and nuclear lasers. Oh and the leader has nightmares about what will happen if they don't detonate every nuke.

The issue with Equestria, is like it's the USA on steroids. If you don't get them during the Changeling war and wait too much, they are way too strong and near unstoppable, even more when they have puppeted/allied the continent.
its pretty logical Equestria is the millennium Empire that as Stabilized the whole continent since his creation there on there moment of weakness and once the changeling try to take there place in the sun it gave the pony a reality check (in the carton the Empire is pretty much 1,115 years old)
Ironically, if you allowed Chrysalis to win the Great War over Equestria, you might've stood a better chance. For context, the Changelings winning the Great War is just part two of a three part journey. Once the Changelings have won the Great War, they now need to deal with its huge amount of postwar content centered around a ton of resistance related problems. The Pax Chrysalia wouldn't have vassals or territories nearly as strong as the Equestrians would. And fighting them at this stage will have them fighting both themselves and you.
Absolutely try Hyppogriffia in Zebrica. It's very much like Equestria, and before that nation gets its rework some time in the next several months, you will definitely enjoy this one. Nuclear fish Posáda for the win!

Fallout Old World blues is a great mod for paratroopers. You can drop power armor companies and special forces, which aside from straight up tanks are the best units in the game.
For suggestions, if you do like the challenge I can introduce you to the North Griffonian War. Just like the Great War, it's one of the major wars in the game and greatly defines the region of North Zebrica. Playing as Hippogriffia in this instance is very interesting, because you'll be in a three way gangbang between the zealots of Chiropterra, the nationalists of Colthage, and the ever opportune Wingbardy led by Beakolini. Not to mention Hippogriffia have a ton of post war content as well, and should you stay Harmonist you can even intervene in the Great War.

The main characters only appear sparingly for a handful of nations and 85% of the game is a beautifully made fantasy where there happens to be talking Ponies and Zebras and Griffons.
You do realize how much better a plane is than a pegasus, right? There is a reason pegasi fly insidie the big metal can with guns instead of outside of it.
You forgot the slavery, drug dealing, necromancy, ect. No, really, you can play as drug dealing slaving crusaders, it's kinda great. Ignoring Coltage stabbing you in the back before you can stab them in the back. Edit* Yeah, your war could have gone amazingly better if you just puppeted the Polar Bears, then not call them into the war. Let the AI build up on that border and attrition themselves to death while having divisions in the middle of nowhere doing nothing.
Me when a MLP mod for HOI4 has more passion and dedication put into it then some triple AAA games
