Definitely the place to live if you are white! It is like paradise!
If you are not white, I wouldn't recommend moving here. You won't be welcome...

It is Dec. 2, 2020 and I will be leaving this rental home in Folsom very soon and moving into my new home at Sun City, Roseville. I'm a 67 yo retiree and will be starting a new life. I got lucky to purchase a nice home there and feel property values will increase very quickly if I decide to sell in the future. I do know that available homes in Sun City have been selling very quickly as it seems to be a very desirable 55+ community by Del Web.

West Roseville is much better though you're more "out there" as far as commuting goes.

its because its very desireable that it has become crowded. No one wins this argument. Even as prices skyrocketed people still moving to Roseville. At least the people moving in have money. That has helped raised property values and keeps prices high in order to keep the demographics of roseville very specific. If roseville stayed small, property values would stay low, less amenities and shops stores restaurants etc wouldnt come.
