VW Golf mk2 full Heater box removal restoration and refit

start to finish removal of the Volkswagen golf mk 2 golf heater box. 1982 - 1992 replacement of the heater matrix core. covering of the blend door flaps with new foam and refitting of the heating system. no more cold air now blowing hot with full control of temperature
making and replacement of the blower vent sponge foam as mine was blowing out of the unit.
minimal loss of coolant
no more foam blowing out of the car vents
making new gaskets from self adhesive strip sponge
i have tried to cover the whole process where i was able to film it.
this is for the golf but may be similar to passat or sirocco and some older Audi models
