She used to love listening to your music. About 2 or 3 years ago, we had thought about going to your concert together in Istanbul, Turkey. Just as we were about to reconcile, unfortunately, we couldn't make it. After harsh and toxic goodbyes, quite some time has passed. I pretended to forget just to ease her mind, but I haven't forgotten. On top of all this, there was a major disaster, an earthquake in the country, so she probably completely forgot my name. Unfortunately, I became obsessed, and because it bothered her excessively, I only live with it inside me. After that, I fell in love with cats and ended up with a lot of stray cats, found homes for most of them, and I will die with cats. The events are long past, and I'm sure she's happy now. Even though I miss her, I don't want to cause any more discomfort. Thanks to your songs, I will continue to keep her alive only in my heart. I'm happy that you exist.

What's funny is there are a couple lines in here that I'm like "How on earth did you also have this experience?" I relate to them so viscerally. And the bit "you keep your eyes on me" garners a visual of the first time this same person and I were together, and she just locked eyes with me as things ended and we fell asleep, and I'll never forget that look. As I listen to this song, it evokes a sense of nostalgia for experiences I've never had. This nostalgia feels oddly cathartic, as if it's rooted in the past yet forever a part of me. Lines like 'swim in your leather' and 'you're the last one' are simply sublime. The bittersweet undertones , the sensuality ; God , it's a poetic masterpiece . Thanks for touching my soul cas !!! 🤍☕🚬
What's funny is there are a couple lines in here that I'm like "How on earth did you also have this experience?" I relate to them so viscerally. The line "...and when you got back from your flight, it was the first thing we did" happened to me. I mean, I was the one coming back, but she picked me up from the airport and it was the first thing we did. And the bit "you keep your eyes on me" garners a visual of the first time this same person and I were together, and she just locked eyes with me as things ended and we fell asleep, and I'll never forget that look. One of the most romantic and connected moments I've ever felt in my life.
I realize this is all TMI, but I thought it was interesting that you have a "I can't relate to this and love it anyway" reaction, and I felt like this almost written for a specific relationship I once had.
