RULES:
The swap hands card is a wild that may be played on any other card. When you play a swap hands card, pick any opponent and change hands with them. If you pick an opponent with only one card, you will need to say uno or draw 2 cards if someone catches you. There are 3 blank custom rule wild cards. Before the game begins write down your own house rules to use when the card is played. These cards are wilds and may be played on any other card. If a wild swap hands card or a wild customizable rule card is the first card flipped at the beginning of a round, then the action is ignored and the first player may play any card on it. Yeah, the defualt rules say that the first player to get rid of the cards *wins the round* and gains points based on what cards the opponents have:
Number: face value
Draw 2, Skip, Reverse: 20p
Wild, Wild Draw 4: 50p
*The first player to get 500p* wins the game.

My three blank Wilds are:
Wild+Fire draw: The player who uses this card can call out a colour, then forcing all other players to draw until any player gets the card of the colour the player who played this wild card ordered.
Wild-Mega Risk: The player using this card calls out a colour. Then, the player who goes next must see if he has any card that matches the requirement. If so, then discard all the cards of that colour into the discard pile. If not, then draw the number of cards of the player that used the Wild-Mega Risk. Risky play, but a good one.
Wild-Equaliser: The player who uses this card calls out a colour, then collect everyone’s cards and redistribute them evenly so all players have the same number of cards. If there are leftovers then add more cards from the discard pile so it can be distributed evenly.
UNO is like chess; it has so many variations.

I have a copy of the regular size UNO deck with the Wild Swap Hands card and the three customizable Wild cards. I used the customizable Wild cards to bring the following cards from the UNO52 DS cart into the real life game:
Wild Reverse: When played, the turn order changes direction, and the person who played the card names the next color to be played on the discard pile.
Wild Skip: When this card is played, the next player's turn is skipped. The player who played the card names the next color to be played on the discard pile.
Wild Symbol (?): When this card is played , the person who played it names the next Symbol to be played on the discard pile. Symbols that can be named are 0-9, Skip, Reverse, and Draw Two. When the Symbol that is named is an Action card, the next player takes his/her normal turn; there is no penalty or change in playing order when this card is played. If this is the first card revealed in the discard pile, the first player may play any card other than any other Wild card
I also have a few recommendations with these blank Wilds:
Wild+Shuffle: The player who uses this card can call out a colour, then shuffles the turn order in any way the user likes. The game then continues with the turn order the user decided unless a reverse or the Wild+Shuffle card is used.
Wild+2 All: Simple as you like, call out a colour, then force everyone to draw two cards. Use it anytime whenever you wish, including in a Draw-stack!
Wild+Minor Swap: Call out a colour. Then, swap one of your cards with one of your opponents' cards.
Wild+Mega Skip: Call out a colour. Then, select a player to SKIP 2 TURNS.
Wild+Shield: Cancels the effect of an Action card an opponent used against you(only if you are going next initially), then call out a colour.
I have the regular Uno with Swap Hands and Customizable cards.
Then I'm guessing the rules would still play out just like shown in the video.

This is a giant version of UNO, even with Wild Swap Hands and three Wild Customizable cards
Just use a deck of these cards and play with your friends in public and don't acknowledge them being big and if someone asks about them insist they are regular sized and that they must be remembering wrong.
