Don’t want your friends to find you on Snapchat?
Just follow these steps and I will show you how to do it:
1. Open Snapchat app on your mobile and login to your Snapchat profile.
2. Click on the “Settings” icon at the upper right corner.
3. Scroll down to the bottom till you find “Contact syncing” section and click on it.
4. Uncheck the box next to “Sync contacts”, tap on “Confirm” button and from now on your phone contacts won’t be able to find you on Snapchat.
That’s how it’s done!

If i click on`` View contacts``, I can see some contacts out of my phone with have a napchat account. Under their name is standing for example ``updated 19 hours ago``, but under another is standing ``updated 3 months ago``, What does this mean? Is this the time that the certain contact have synchronized his/her phonebook for the last time? Or is it something else? Thanks

I signed up and SPECIFICALLY set it to not allow the app to allow my contacts to find me.
It didn't work. I checked my setting and it was set to allow them to find me, even though I set it to not allow it.
Deactivated the account, deleted the app. F... that app.
