Hi friends!! I would love to hear from you about our TH-cam content? Are you liking the vibes so far? Do you enjoy the stylization of the video? The color grading? The pace? The quality? Let us know your thoughts! We wanna make content that you genuinely enjoy! Thank you!
I love the video length and getting to see more of your life in the garden Brian! The longer form makes it so easy to prop my phone up and listen to your hauls while I work on the house 😊 can’t wait to keep up with all the abundance!
Brian!!!!!! The editing, the thumbnail, the seeds 😱😱 keep up the great work! I loved the tiktok content but I'm LOVING the TH-cam content (I personally love longer content). Keep it up🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
This will be the first time i get to watch you for a full growing season and i can't wait. As someone who has seasonal depression and is stuck in the freezing cold right now, this is exactly the content I needed
After having a tough day and just resetting on my couch, I swear the shaking of those seeds has brought me back to life. In these dark times it’s so nice to have things to look forward to, like this summer’s abundance! Love your content!!
So glad I stumbled upon this video. The joy that the seeds and garden bring you is infectious. With all the negative things going on I needed to be reminded of this joy.
I have been LOV-ING watching your daily YT uploads Brian. I always love any of your content, but especially lately. Ive been going back and watching all your old uploads too as an extra show of support on this platform, and it has given me something to look forward to at the end of each day and been a great comfort. You and Mama and all the critters bring so much joy🖤 never change!
Also I'm living for the fact that you love all the same flowers as I do. Marigolds, all time favorite. They're so happy and smell so good. I always companion plant them as pest/deer deterrent and use them to make tea with my pineapple sage. And poppies and cosmos are a must every year for me too 🥹
For the flea beetles, try planting green onions and other herbs around the eggplant. Also spread them theough the garden. About three plants together. And flowers around them.
Just bought my first seeds for my first garden and your content has gotten me so excited!! Thank you sm for all of the hard work you put in!! This world may be scary, but as long as we all stick together, we will be ok❤️❤️
I live in Oregon and I haven't been able to grow and garden for the last 3 years due to some shenanigans one way or another. Watching your videos is really getting me hyped to start actually planning my backyard garden, since we moved into a new home and I pretty much have to start from scratch. It's a little overwhelming since I have to build new beds, but your energy is giving me life!
This is the first year that I feel actually prepared for gardening here in NC. Have my seed trays and grow lights, containers ready, compost mostly made, and lots of cool seeds to try! Definitely going to go the moshata route this year with squashes, it was so heartbreaking losing mine last year 😭😭
I just started watching last year and I love watching your videos. They just make me happy. I also bought the book. Keep up the great work. Stay safe.❤
I am so happy to see this! I’m not the only one obsessed with seeds! I want to grow me self a Bertha!!! My goals this year are to can and preserve sauces, dry my own spices, and jar beans! I think you’re fabulous.
I'm loving the TH-cam content! I'm having a hard time paying attention to most content these days, even gardening content, but with your videos I'm locked in and excited everytime there's a new one. I'm so sorry for what's happening in the US. I hope you and you family stay safe ❤️. The Canadians will welcome you all with welcome arms 🫂
I am SO HAPPY to hear that! My biggest concern with long form was definitely people's attention spans haha. But I'm hopeful we'll keep people locked in this season :)
LOL the gunshots in the background made me laugh. I own 10 acres in Texas and my neighbors are CONSTANTLY popping off 🤣 loving your content!! Happy gardening season y'all 😁😎😁😎
What I've learned with Cilantro is that it's something you need to plant in succession, like carrots. It's not so much an herb you can cut back and have it grow more like basil. It is super easy at the end of the season though to let a few bolt and go to seed for Coriander seeds to grind or replant back into Cilantro. :) Abundance!
Love a seed haul! Every year when I buy seeds it is so chaotic 😅I buy for the garden, the seed bank, and the random things that I see that I just have to try🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought I had a seed addiction but you beat me. I can't go to a garden store without drooling at the seed section. I love botanical gardens and ferry-morse. My favorite thing to grow are tomato 🍅, peppers, and a thing call ground cherry. So delicious. Would you do a tip vlog for us? I have a 6x9 balcony and that's my garden. I would love your ideas on fertilizer and bug control.
Great video. I am watching from Australia where I’m just about to start winter veg seeds. I’ve actually had great success with beets(or beetroot as we call them here) in ground in my greenhouse. I would definitely be going all out on tomatoes and make a huge batch of tomato sauce when you have a lot frozen. Then bottle and preserve it. I do this and give it as gifts to friends. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good fresh tomato pasta but in winter nothing beats a good bolognaise made with my preserved tomato sauce. Over the last few years I have gradually increased the amount of produce I grow and over the next 9 months I’ll be making more short raised beds so that I can increase yields in a lot of stuff we eat over the year but I also share a lot of produce with neighbours. I look forward to watching your garden grow over the next few months.
Bri, check out Surround Kaolin Clay spray mix for Flea Beetle prevention on eggplant. This works very well in Arkansas for flea beetle and more pest / sun protection. It creates a non-toxic physical barrier that prevents the beetle from laying eggs and feeding on the plant.
I'm loving the long form videos! I had to comment and recommend pickling the biquinho peppers 🙌 They're not super spicy but they pack so much flavor and are incredible when added to cheese plates, pasta, or salads - I think the recipe is called sweetie drop pickled peppers ❤️
I love starting onions from seeds. I never had the best luck with the dried sets, but finally saw results when i bought a six pack from the local nursery of onions from seeds!
So excited to be following along again this year! 🎉💗 I have so many of the same varieties that you got so it'll be fun to see the comparisons. Side note if I remember correctly, Kevin got botanical Intrests to save them from going out of buisness.
We bought our first home in August and I have been prepping the ground ever since to start my garden! I usually just greenhouse indoors but this will be my first year! I am in Nevada with sandy soil so wish me luck!
I found success with cilantro by planting it in with my bush beans. I went out and planted the seed where a bean didn't sprout . And continued to do so throughout the season
Oh my gosh we are growing so many of the same variety’s this year I’m so excited! I love your channel literally my happy place and I just giggle the whole time!
I'm from fb reels and I got addicted to your videos! I insta run and subscribe here after knowing you're in YT. You actually inspired me to start growing my own veggies!! Love you!
Hiiiiiyeeee! Cilantro tips for you. Them seeds have a tough shells so give a solid squeeze between your finders to crush and break those walls down so the water can get in. In my opinion, over seed them, you'll have smaller leaves but more of them. They like it cool so I would plant them early if you can. Happy growing. Sending you love and strength to you and yours
Awww Bruno wanted some hugs and attention, how sweet ❤ I love all of your seed choices! I’m making my own garden for the first time this year and you’ve been a big inspiration for me. I love the form of your youtube video!
Hi, I just discovered your channel, totally subscribed because how wholesome your contents are! Thank you so much for making the greatest content I see this year! ❤❤❤
I@@RedleafRanch I would say sweeter than even a carrot. I loooove carrots but when I find parsnips I always go a little gah gah over them lol They're so yummy!
First time seeing you! Can't wait to see where you will be planting all those seeds! I am in the process of moving seedlings out into a plastic grow tent so I have more room inside to plant more seeds. I live in the low AZ desert and I start early indoors so the plants have a head start before our 117° heat hits.
I’m also doing Brussels sprouts for the first time! We’re also starting at a brand new location so we are starting totally from scratch this year so we’ll see how that goes! So many seeds! Very excited to watch your garden grow this year! Love these longer vlog-style videos, you bring so much joy, sunshine and abundance into our homes and hearts💛
I've been following you on tiktok since forever but i just discovered you also have a youtube-yay! so your issue with cilantro is probably because Tennessee is very hot, so you should time it out for the cooler seasons. you could honestly sprinkle some seeds in the ground now and they will come up in the spring when they are ready! Harvest what you can when they are young and freeze the extras, then when they flower and go to seed just let them. save some of the seeds but honestly just let them fall in place and again, they will come up when the time is right, probably in the following fall or spring. that's the best way i've found to grow cilantro, just let it do its thing.
Abundance!!! I love watching your videos. You bring me so much joy. I first found you on TikTok and fallowed you over to here. I love your joy and spirit about your garden.❤
ABUNDANCE ✨️ This is my first year starting a raised bed vegetable garden and I get start that mid Feb. The seed tape looks super cool. Hope you have a lot of success from it.
You are me on a whole other level! So is your garden though. The first season of my garden (6 years ago0 I planted 12 tomatoes and that was way to many. Each year I said I will not plant to many. Then I did.... lol last year I stuck to my gune and only planted 4. Never again. I didn't have hardly enough. I usually make enough pasta sauce, enchilada sauce, soup ect to last the while year. Not last year and this year I will be growing a lot more. I need to grow beans to dry this year for sure. My first batch of seeds just arrived from Renee's Garden, and I also ordered from botanical Interests. Can't wait!
As someone from TN I'm glad I found you on tiktok. Your videos are going to be great to watch. I love gardening and haven't done it in awhile, but will be trying again this year. ❤ I'll be taking this journey with you!

I'm pretty stocked up for this season, but hopefully next year!!!
Parsnips are so yummy!! I think of them as a cousin to the carrot. Kind of like potatos to sweet potatos. I use them as I would carrots.
Oooo thank you! Are they slightly sweet like carrots?
