How can you adjust the needle depth? When I loosen it from the bottom, it is completely loose when the depth is right for me to work??

I've just bought one of these that just arrived today. Looking forward to trying it out on Tuesday for the first time. Got to say the service has been outstanding so far the company really looks after you. So all good for first impressions and I'm looking forward to how the machine handles a full day session on Tuesday next week 👍
