Looks like the feed or voltage is too low. Turn it up and move slower too. Those were my initial problems

You should have practice on something else before you welded on that car!!! We all had to start somewhere. Keep practicing and don't be afraid to ask for help. There are a lot of good videos on TH-cam if you don't have someone to talk to. Better luck 🍀 in the future!!! 😊
