The wheels are well worn 80. Try to flex the ankle of the sliding foot to the inside. It will give you a little more edging. 🙌

Correct if speaking about professional speed skating technique and sure no better referrence there than Joey Mantia. The idea was to encourage people to explore the option to push or compress on the outside edges - something I see not many non professional skaters are doing.

You're absolutely right; it's about wheel compression and decompression. This is an under-push on this video, which is also good but just less effective. To perform the double push, you need to have a very good technique to generate power from your wheels.

Здравей, основната разлика за мен са големите крайни колела, с които балансите влизат по-лесно. Ако имаш UFS ботуш и си от или идваш към София, може да пробваш и двете шини :)
