Looks like a fun winter challenge!
If you can find the extended clip, all the players who were fighting stopped fighting when Talbot and Smith got into it. Expression on the faces of the players was like, "holy shit."
Hahaha...Yes they were... So Awesome.... Thanks for the comment!!
Great fun that`s awesome !!! Spring will be here soon, then we will play too!!!
Just wondering where you located out of?
I ride out of Edmonton, but have ties to the Cold Lake area... Thanks for watching!!
I am located out of cold lake as well. If ever interested, i would like to ride and see some of the trails you ride on.@foggydew646
For sure, drop me a line at foggydew646@gmail.com so I have an email for you. Just know were not crazy high speed guys or mud guys, as most of my videos show... Were mainly trail riders who love getting to great heights and scenic views. Very family friendly but will take on most trail challenges but not afraid to turn around if the risk is too high... If that's you we would be happy to have you along!!
Staying off the ice is best practice
Great video I am never going on ice anymore nope...So many people fall threw every year. Sad🥲
Yup, If I do go on a lake it would only be next to the shore or a body of water that I know is only 3ish feet deep at most!!
Hell no!! Won't catch me on the ice at this time of year... too much of a chicken for that🤷♂️
Agreed!!
Excellent message! Safety first! Safe travels. Cheers, Kevin
Thanks Kevin, and same to you!!

Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Soft Cab Enclosure for your 2018 RZR 900S
You drove past the entrance to Quirk twice. lol. It’s not accessible by SXS, dirtbike only. You could hike up, it’s not that far from the south entrance.
do battle of alberta 2023-2024
what was the score at the end of that game
Thank you for sharing. This ride is still on my "to do" list , but as yet have not made it . Great pictures of our beautiful back country . And an awesome way to spend a weekend .
Thanks man, I appreciate it. If you ever require info on the trail, feel free to drop me a line.
thanks for sharing, what a fantastic view. how many km. from the main road? can you drive the car going there.
Another nice video FYI. You are supposed to wear a brain bucket 🪣 in the Gap
hahahaha thanks Dan, and yes tough border crossing for sure… 😂 if only the story was that intriguing… as always thanks for the comment!!!
The old stomping grounds.
you just now changed the weight distribution dimension of factory ratings, this means that if there is a accident because of the tongue weight for that trailer insurance company might not agree with that ... i would be Reluctant Hesitant to alter the tongue presser on that 12 foot trailer... insurance company are RUTHLESS.. show no pity for uncertified alterations... just say`n
Hey John, I appreciate the the info for sure. I will have to get around to testing the tongue weight. I wasn't overly concerned due to the fact that I only moved the SxS up by 5" max. That coupled with the motor (majority of weight) in the back of the SxS, I figured I was fairly safe. I would definitely not do this with a single axle. I can say from hauling this the past couple of years it does pull really well. I can detach from the truck with SxS on and it still has good weight on the front. Thanks again for the comment, It's appreciated.
good job...
Nice interprovincial trip. Hope the black eye wasn't from a Saskatchewan mugger lol!
Thanks man, and being mugged by a Saskatchewan mugger would be a much better story than the real one...LOL... Thanks for the comment!!
Great video never even heard of that lake before cool..:) Was your lunch good? worth it?
My chicken burger was good, we questioned if the skewers were fully cooked having first bit into them. Having said that we took them home and fried them further to our liking and there were really good. So I'd say just be cautious if you were to go there.

Foggy how do I talk to you?
Ken, you in the Edmonton area? Reach out to me at Foggydew646@gmail.com We can exchange info there...
Looks like an awesome trip. Was that an out and back or round trip loop?
Thanks Rob, and yes this is an out and back trail for us in our machine. In saying that there might be a loop as this is part of the Canadian Death Race. If it does continue it would be a single track that joggers use. I do recall what appeared to be a goat trail that continued on past the markers where we parked at the top. I just can't say for sure.
What are those square things in the river at 12'10" in your video?
I really don't know, Thinking there grasses/rice field... But I don't really Know. I have Talked with the scientists on top of Caw ridge and they didn't elude to those... I've always wondered myself... Please let me know if you find out... Great comment!!
Super thankful for you scouting things out for the rest of us planning to take the trail. Quick question, around the 2:50 mark where you hop out and say the bad part of the trail is over, where about are you? Just planning to make sure we pop in at a good spot
So at 1:10 in the video where I take a right, don’t take the right but continue down the road about 200 meters. There will be another road that you will then take a right on and the a fairly quick left onto the trail… This will bypass the trestle and the crappy trail at the beginning of the video. The rest is smooth sailing. Have a great ride!!
@@foggydew646 Many thanks man! Looking forward to hitting the trail!
Happy to help Brother!!
Thoroughly enjoyed all 3 videos. Many thanks 👍 Nice to know what we’re getting into before we head out this summer
Great video Floyd did a good job !!! Drone footage was beautiful looked so calm. Can`t wait for next year..:)
Congratulations!! Grande Cache weather certainly added an extra element. Nice job these videos.
Thanks Rob, and yes the weather change from the staging area to the summit was incredible. Thanks again for the comment.
Love your videos just wondering how you find all these places any websites or maps or anything I’m local to gp and want to explore around more areas than just there
Thanks man. Years ago a guy who I worked with introduced me and my Dad to the Grande Cache trails. Since then we try and get up there every second year. I do a bunch of research and chat with the local people or people on the trail to find out some of the best trails in a certain area. My Dad and I also do a lot of scouting on our own in areas that were not familiar with. If your thinking about doing these trails, send me an email at foggydew646@gmail.com and I can send you our mapped trails for some rides you are interested in. They come as a GPX file and work with a GPS or you can download the Ride Command App on a cell phone and have the trail we rode. Thanks again for the comment.
Those washouts are no joke. Now I know what we missed when we turned around. Worth the views. Great video!
Thanks, I appreciate the comment. Yes, if your not carful those washouts can pull you in and potentially tip a machine. I've recently sub'd to your channel. Keep up the good work. Take care.
Great video glad you made it to the top. Again happy we were not on this trip looks sketchy and cold 😂
Definitely Sketchy and Cold, but my motivation and stubbornness, found us at the top... Finally, Mt. Hamell Conquered....
Deadly Trail! Definitely on my list to go to next year!
Thanks Man, I absolutely love the GC trails. Just don't do it on August Long Weekend, as the have the Death Race and the trails are shut down for ATV/SxS riders.
@@foggydew646 Good to know. Thanks!
Did mt Hamel this year but on dirtbikes. Did it 2 years ago with my Sxs. it seemed to me that it got a lot more gnarly in some spots. washouts are deeper. You going to have fun! Nice to see someone showing this area! thanks
Thanks Brother, and that's awesome you got up there this year. What a spectacular view. I'm currently working on the video (for Mt. Hamell) so hopefully in a couple of days I will be able to post it. The Grande Cache trails are the reason i fell in love with mountain riding... A work buddy, introduced me to these trails about 13 years ago, and I try to make this every other year. Thanks for the comment, it's appreciated.
It is a very nice area that i have to explore more. There is so much to see! Excited to watch your video of Mt Hamel!
lol I am so thankful we missed this trip !!! Happy you are safe BBBBRRRRR!!! Great video
Hahahaha, twas cold.... and were happy we made it back to lol... Thanks for the comment Tammy.

Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the UTV Soft Upper Door for your RZR XP4 1000
Hey, I would definitely consider it. Please send me an email (foggydew646@gmail.com) with your requirements for testing. A couple of questions I have right off the bat are what's the maximum minus temperature they are good for? I generally don't ride below -10c which I believe is 14f. And is this trailer-able with an open trailer or would I have to remove before trailering?
Great video Love the falls.
Thanks Tammy, the falls were awesome, but a rough/tight ride in... Thanks again for the comment!!!
Looks like a beautiful trail. Thanks for sharing. This will be on our list to maybe mountain bike in 2025.
Thanks Rob, and sounds good, let me know if you would like the GPX file and I can send it to you. 🙂
great video! Do you know if you can take quads up this trail?
Thanks, and Yes you can get quads up to the top of the world. The rock ledges going up the way I went in the video would require an experienced rider, however there is an alternate route on the other side that's more ATV friendly. Hope this helps. Take care.
@@foggydew646 thanks!!
Very nice Love the fall colors
Always enjoy all your videos. Very easy to follow direction to the trails you go on. We appreciate all the time you spend driving, editing and the effort you put into keeping your lens clean. 🇨🇦
Thanks, I appreciate that. I do my best to create videos that people will enjoy, and can learn from. The places I go I want every rider/biker/hiker to get to. Like I say this is God's country, let everyone enjoy it... Again thanks for the comment, it means alot.
Another great video. Looks a bit too soft for our mountain bikes.
Thanks Rob, and yes the sand would not be fun on the mountain bikes. Anyways thanks for the comment and have a great ride tomorrow.
Cool Video !! That soft sand scares me lol
You and Kevin would do just fine in the General.. Thanks for the comment.
We just got back from that trup. Super awsome ride. Great drone footage well done
That's awesome Justin, and yes it's one of my favorite rides. Thanks for the comment, it's appreciated.
"This is the battle of Alberta we've been waiting for!" -- LOL!!! Man, that was cool xD
Great video. Looking forward to taking my family sometime. Did you stay in Cadomin or just drove out for the day?
Thanks man, and yes we stayed at the Cadomin Motel... It's not fancy but does the job. I appreciate the comment!!
