Although the video was purely clickbait... Here are some useful tips I would suggest for making your next match easier: 1.) @1:53 - Your head is fully down while on both knees. You won't have any power. Poke your head out in a direction and readjust. 2.) @2:36 - Post the hand, circle out. 3.) @5:33 - Lock the crease of your elbow with theirs, and keep that pressure on their elbow. It'll be harder for them to slip out of it. 4.) @6:10 - When your opponent tries to defend your move by bending their elbow, try running it with the guys' elbow secured stuck in the crease of your elbow. 5.) 6:12 - You were way too high, if this opponent was a good wrestler, they could of just sat up by throwing their feet under them (They'd be in a sitting position) 6.) 6:20 - It is a good idea to switch positions every know & then to throw them off and ultimately tire them out, however, trying to run that half without securing their other hand could cause more work for you. 5.) 6:26 - See that opening on the opponents left hand?
