You should not be so quick to dismiss the possibility there was or still is a giant turtle. As, giant turtles get to be giant turtles because they are the "exception to the rule"- meaning their genetics are predisposed to gigantism. Turtles learn most of the threats they face are above water, & most of what they eat is underwater-so the smarter ones stay below the surface as much as possible, ensuring long life- and so grow larger than other turtles. I learned of this story long ago and believe it very well COULD be true, think on this... have you ever seen a dead turtle? the only dead turtles we ever see are the ones that try to cross a road and get hit- 95% of turtles die where they live- underwater. Point being... the giant turtle likely died of old age & rotted away never to be seen again. Gigantism is a real "thing" and there are underwater creatures that enjoy what is called- indeterminate growth! For instance, there are credible reports from divers inspecting bridges- of catfish big enough to swallow a man whole lurking in the Ohio river. Please forgive if this comes across as a kick at your shins, as you have my respect for diving into cryptozoology, I encourage you to continue your research & you have my support, subscription and thumbs up :) Who the H am I? - just a well informed old codger with a proclivity to interject his opinion without being asked ;)

Glad I found the channel I love cryptids.

This is most likely the Alaskan variant of the well documented cryptid, 'Cadborosaurus willsi', there's been a specimen washed up and it's dehydrated body was photographed, from the 30's I think, check Google images for details. It's a truly freakish looking chimera type creature, I feel like a lot of these aquatic monsters origin is the same as their land based contemporaries the Sasquatch/Dogman and other humanoid chimerical beings. What makes me think this? have a watch of this crazy incident and pay close attention to the way the creature is described and it's very intelligent deliberately terrifying behavior towards the people involved, this is the same way Dogman and Bigfoot intimidate their targets but in this case it's an aquatic cryptid, thanks for the vid it jogged my memory on this story, thought I'd share it! Actually, the woman is correct. It is illegal for a minor to operate a motorized vehicle on a public street. The motor is particularly loud and obnoxious and I would not like it either. That guy has every right to film in public. That was a public building i believe. Freedom of press. Police can't demand ID unless they expect you or suspect you of commiting a crime. That man was not a Karen he's just standing on his 1st amendment right to freedom of speech and freedom of the press!!! Most police don't care about your rights because when they get sued for violating your rights the taxpayers foot the bill!!!

Sounds like a seal. When i was Adak island , also in the Bering sea. I saw wild seals , and they were huge. Two meters is six feet. And i saw these seals and some were every bit that long. They are really freaky scary in the wild. I was in the marines there.
