Hola qué tal, hace años que no voy a CDMX! La última ves, fue en la final Nacional del Redbull KF del 2018, termine 7 en esa ocasión! La del 2019, termine 4 en el regional de Mty. Pero bueno, si va mucha gente, K1 debería invertir en mantenimientos de la pista ojalá lo hagan…. Saludos

Hola Majico, x tu apellido me voy a arriesgar en contestar en Español…. La verdad se escucha de maravilla en persona….lastima que el mic del celular le quite la brillantez del sonido real!! Seguro hay mejores Dac’s que este Cambridge, anterior mente tenía un amp de la misma marca así como el reproductor de CD lo probé con el Rotel del video y quede satisfecho por eso lo conservo!!!!Saludos y gracias por el comentario

Sabes que tengo más de 2 años de no visitar CDMX creo que le podrías ganar décimas si entras lo más suave posible en la recta principal para salir bien pisado y en la parte de atrás donde está la pantalla con los tiempos frenar un poco tarde para tomar la curva! Considera hacer el Karting Academy ayuda mucho!!! Saludos

Hola, hace mucho que no voy a Manacar!! quizás debes probar los puntos de referencia en tu frenado, trata de dar unas vueltas frenado más tarde de lo que acostumbras, otro cosa trata de girar suave para que no te patine el kart y pegarte lo más posible al muro sin rosarlos para que no pierdas décimas

they sound great it was hard to separate from them! I tried them with different amplifiers (Pioneer, Cambridge and Rotel) with the last one the result was the best I'm not sure what you mean by Vshape? I assume you want to say in 5.1 mode! in this video I had them connected in stereo mode. Saludos

Hello, totally agree, there are vintage pieces that the new ones can not match !! From this video change the cartridge for a shure M97xE and you hear much better, I will soon try to make another video with some new speakers I just bought and some changes in my music room .... Yes, maybe with an eq you can adjust the bass, but the truth is that the mic of the camera with which I recorded the video did not help at all the excellent sound quality of those 601 !! I cost to put them on sale, I do not have them anymore. Since then I have traded for other Bowers cm1, cm4. I currently have some Martin Logan Motion 40 that sound incredible !! Hello, yes, if I recommend it ... only had 2 central speakers, this and a lcr3! For my liking the dm600ifs sounded better, but I'm not the type that likes to see movies, I'm more fan of listening to music in stereo mode ... as for the price, they vary a lot, one in excellent condition can cost up to 120 us dollars But you can find it from 40 dollar !! Hi ! no problem. I am in a similar situation but it is not my home i am renting. But the reflection was so strong that now i am forced to use headphones. Instead a friend of mine bought and installed some panels on the wall and the effect was amazing. I would say that just a decent system in a great room is better than an excellent system in a bad room. In my experience the front to back reflections are the worst. Just a panel behind the listening spot can help a lot. Very nice system anyway. Regards, gino

Yes, the acoustic panels work great! I put 5 in my studio 4 long behind and sides of the speakers and a bigger one in front. The change is very remarkable I can raise the volum without hassle in my ears! Do you have video of your set? I would like to see and hear ...

W Chapa Hi and thanks a lot for the very interesting advice. Unfortunately currently for issues with neighbors I am on headphones all the time. If I have learnt a lesson is that listening room is so important and so often overlooked that is unbelievable. I have a story told me by a technician. I used to set up audio system in small theater in the Milan area in Italy. One day he had the opportunity to work in a small theater where the acoustic by design or by luck was amazing. As a test he put a stereo boombox of just decent quality on the stage. He got shocked by how the little boombox could fill the theater. How course the better the stereo system the better the sound but the room is really a key element for the overall result. So I am hoping to have one decent one day ... and without silent neighbors. +W Chapa Hmmmm.... what did you change/upgrade your speakers to? I have a pair of 601 S2s and have actually heard the S3s in person and really liked them, but that was a while ago and I wanted get an updated idea of what they sound like. Unfortunately the shop that sold B&W speakers where I live went out of business.

+mydogskips2 yep, I sold the 601 and bought a CM2, hear better in all ranges! If you live in USA look for them on ebay, there are some that look in good condition! Saludos

+W Chapa Thanks. The CM line looks good, well, I don't really like the metal ring or the glossy finish, but you know what I mean. Are they supposed to be "Cinema" speakers? And you know B&W is onto the CM Series2 now. No offense intended, just letting you know if you're not aware. Of course, if you're happy with what you've got that's all that really matters. : ) Did you have a chance to hear the 805s, they are supposed to be really good, but also pretty expensive, I think at least $2,500 a pair. I actually did hear them once, and honestly didn't really care for them; I thought they were too analytical, separating the music/sound too much that it lost its coherence. I was listening/auditioning the speakers with Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries(a lot of moving parts) and they seemed to be very disparate. But I was also able to hear things that I had never heard before, or since, with any other speaker, it was a very interesting experience. Anyway, thanks for the info, I do appreciate it. And I look forward to seeing a demo of your CM2 speakers if you get around to posting it.

+mydogskips2 Hello again my friend, the cm2, have not you mention the ring;They have a plate that covers nearly the entire front of the monitor there are several colors, mine are Maple and I'm happy with them, but always look to upgrade !. not offend me, on the contrary I like to read the comments and draw my own conclusions about it !! ofcourse I am aware of the new models S2 Bowers, I subscribe to the news letter of B & W, so I remember it all the time! Unfortunately for me I can not afford at the moment new models :( 805 occupy an amplifier really do them justice, and I think only the bulbs to get the true potential of this model, as the price is too high. Hi thanks for your comment .... yes, definitely recommend the dm303 provide a clear and warm sound, I think you are right for starting a setup and more if your studio is small like mine! I was able to connect and test a Rotel RX-1050 and surprised me even more than my Pioneer vsx !!! B & W and Rotel excellent match! regars

W Chapa I just get rid of a pair of wharfedale diamond 9,1 but can`t really afford a new studioactive monitors, like KRK Rokit 8. locac shop have a DM303 for 99 E which i think it`s good deal. will hook them up with Denon 1910 and Wharfedale SW150 sub.

sadamatt if 303 are in good condition, would be an excellent buy, and I think will make a good match with your Denon and your sub .... I've never heard the wharfadale 9.1, but I read great reviews of them and I like the design with 2 port flow in front can put them close to the wall without affecting much the sound, "I think," well the two English brands are great but personally I stay with Bowers !!

well I picked up a pair of 303(ex display for 99Ę) yesterday at my local store and so far I quite happy, the midrange sound better than 9,1 and tweeters are more softer to my ears, didn`t have a time to do some proper sound check, will do it over the weekend.
