Thanks to Mary Evans for reaching out to me for demonstration of how we use The Nuture Right 360 incubator on our homestead. This is a video to sit and take notes on as Marcus explains set up and execution. We are learning still and are not professionals by far. However, we have been using this for several months now with several successful hatches. Marcus found thequailbarn.com through eBay. O...

Thanks man
Working hard planting . I can’t wait to see the progress of this Homestead growing 😁 You are the hardest working woman I did ever see . 😊
Thank you so much! ❤️ I appreciate your support!
This is Heidi from Tik toc by the way 😊
Oh I thought they were called Ducklings . But u are calling them dumplings 😂😂 Is that real name or just because they are cute 🥰
Well, because they are adorable and my favorite farm animal to raise so far. But also, they’re meat birds and I try not to get too attached. So “dumplings “ are what I call my ducklings.
❤😊
Boy those bare roots look different now don’t they😂❤
Yes they growing up great now
You go girl . Got that tiller cranked and got the garden tilled up . Hard working
I was pretty proud of myself
It was good to meet your family and learn a little about y’all here . Thanks for sharing
Our pleasure! I’m sorry I’m just now seeing this comment!
Busy Mom and educating us on animals and sharing your sweet boy 🧒
Yes, thanks! Always
Very educational Love this . Cute little helper ❤
Thank you 🤗
Hay y’all CPR farms here from TikTok!!!😊
Hey there!!!! Thanks for saying hello! 👋
Shake the tail feather
😅😅😅
Don't buy this incubator. There is NO customer service. The egg turner stopped after one use. It will not resent as per instructions. They will not respond to multiply message and they have no phone number. There must be a lot of complaints to not have any phone number.
I’m sure your review is one of many reviews but we are still using all four of our incubators with no issues so far…thanks for your comment.
Hey lady. Looking great. Very happy for you
Thank you bunches ❤️❤️❤️
Great video 💯
Thank you
My GOODNESS MCKYLE IS HUGE NOW :) Great job editing, Alida!
He’s gotten bigger since then! He’s just a big boy. He is growing like a weed and I can barely keep him in clothes!
Add peroxide for germ killing, less smell, and better hatches. We use up to 50/50 water and peroxide. Helps with that incubator "slime" in the water and as it evaporates, it puts oxygen in the air for the chicks. Awesome.
Great info! Definitely will incorporate that!
Hydrogen Peroxide?
Thanks for sharing
You are welcome
How was the hatch rate? All good?
We usually have almost 95% hatch rate give or take depending on what is being hatched.
Question, does the egg turner turn all the time or is it on/off automatically? I haven't noticed mine turn. Thanks for you time doing this video. Edit: has anyone told you that you sound like Hank Hill? 😂
I’ll have to show him this!!!! Yes, Hank Hill. 🤣 but yes, sorry I didn’t see the notification for this comment. Ours turns every four hours. I actually thought it turned more than that and it automatically stops on lockdown. That’s when you take it out before they hatch so their feet dont get stuck.
@@alidahobsonthehobsonhomest446 I set mine up that day and marked the eggs. They're turning, but not sure the timeline. Lol. Yes, he said a few things and I was like, Hank Hill?! 😂. Thanks for replying. Good luck on the hatching!
Easiest answer... you bought what you wanted... and You got the one that gave you spare parts to make one work if they break. I don't care what you use just as long as it works for you. Buying 2 different types speaks more that the first was unacceptable more than you just wanted 2
🐔=🥚=🍳☕=😋😋😋
He's like a nurture right salesman 😂
Right !?!? I thought so too! I think he did a great job!
Great job. Plan to buy one.
You should!
I bought one 2 weeks ago and I'm one week away from hatching.so far I've lost 50% of my eggs.idk what I did wrong.ive been watching videos and they mostly said to keep humidity 45-55% and temp 99.5..any input anybody?
Few questions, are you sure they were a great fertilized batch, and yes 45/55 until day 18 open the vent all the way and keep both water tubes full, also I keep the eggs pointy side down until incubation time do you? and then pointy side toward the center of the nurture right when inside? I hope this helps. Check us out on TikTok and Facebook as well for fast responses. Thank you for your comment.
@Maniac393 I finally had the guts to Crack them open and see what had happened and all of them were duds except 1 that stoped growing at an early stage.I had bought the eggs from a lady in town. The rest look good so I'm glad I didn't do anything wrong.thanks for the reply
I happened to find this video on my home page this morning as I was making the decision about whether to purchase the Nurture Right 360. I lost my first chicken from small flock to a predator a few days ago, and decided I would want children from a couple of my girls if anything ever happened to them. Your "show and tell" of this device is by far the best I had seen. If I were the manufacturer, I would pay you well for your tutorial. You are the best Nurture Right Applications Specialist I have seen. Thank you!
Holy smokes I just was able to see this😊, thank you so much for the kinds words. You have no idea how awesome that makes me feel. I tried to do my best to simplify it as much as possible, once again thank you so much for this messages.❤
Carbon monoxide 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😂😂 school education is not a waste of time. Carbon dioxide is the byproduct of oxygen which will come from the chicks. But where would the carbon monoxide come from ? 🤦🏽
Thanks for the education and sorry for the mess up. We apologize for the “waist” of your time. I’m sure a lot of people knew what he was talking about.
Wow I misspoke on an accident and you come at me with both barrels wow? Hey thanks teach because this was about a good hatch not a perfect science fair. I meant dioxide wow hope you feel good go polish your inspector badge and stare into the mirror paul blart, you should feel so good for labeling my mistake because I’m sure your perfect, thank you so much for the correction.
Awesome I’m sure your waist misspelling was not a mistake the correct spelling is waste. Your welcome
@@ManiacNation15 I was actually driving I couldn’t proof read. Sorry but I’m still right.
Wow! Phenomenal instructional video!!! I had bought a different incubator but my Roo died, so I returned it. I wanted a Nurture Right 360, but no one around me had them. So now I will be ordering them. Question-where did you order your American Bresse eggs? Those are what I’d really like to get! I’m in Idaho! Thank you! God Bless!
Oh thank you so much for the positive feedback! We ordered our Bresse from North Star Farms out of South Carolina. They are a great family to work with! Look them up on Facebook! m.facebook.com/NorthStarFarmsLLC/
@@alidahobsonthehobsonhomest446 thank you very much!
@@alidahobsonthehobsonhomest446 Thanks guys :) We are in NC right across the border from SC. Great video. I LOVED these little, handy countertop incubators! I'm going to share your video.
Thank you so much for the video. You answered my questions already. Y'all are awsome!!!
Any time!
Good video, thank you!
Thank you too! He had a lot of fun doing it too!
Thank you so much❤
عمت مساء . سالتك مرة ماهو سعر الفقاسة ومن اين استطيع شرائها لم تجب علئ سؤالي .
I’m sorry we didn’t see a message. We bought our incubator at Tractor Supply for about $150.
I hatched Guinea fowl, quail, call ducks, & soon emu eggs, I had the rizer made for it and a new 4 egg emu turner 3d printed. Love them
Heck yes git it!😂
The shelf liner is a must like you said. Thanks for sharing.
It really is!
For sure yes
Hard to know what to buy because some say it’s great and others say it’s not very good
I read the same comments but I watch my shire farms do an instructional video of 3 different ones and this one by far outdid the other top competitors, they even said it was the best all around for small hatches so I went with it and love it. Thanks for the comment 😊
Thank you! Great instructional video! I may try my hand at hatching some eggs in the near future.
It was my pleasure to help out a friend with some good information. I appreciate you watching and please share!
Have you treated the birds with Corid and dewormed? This will help with egg production. Check out Poultry Keepers 360 for great advice on Corrid. th-cam.com/channels/j68bxgvKbaHJmrOxBiMewA.html
Hang in there guys!
Thank you!
Thanks for adding our info to the title :) www.northstarfarmers.com is our website :) I love to see how everything is growing!
You are welcome! I updated the description with your website added! Also, thank you for your support as well! I’m going to try and do some videos of some of the growing process. I have done videos taken in between everything we were dealing with so it just feels like I’ve lost where I was going with my “as my garden grows “ line. It does feel like summer just flew by us! But that’s ok, we just start back where we are and get creative!
Rabbit stew comin' up~~ !!
Yes!!!!!!
And get some of that silver dust and put on your stuff keep bugs off a lot longer
Thanks for your comment! We really appreciate the interaction! We are trying to stay completely organic so I’ve been trying to research natural remedies. However, it is our first year gardening here and we are learning as we go so it does feel like a losing battle. Something we definitely have to work on is pest control! I have learned though, the healthier the plant, the more pest free it can be. So my goal is to work on a healthy living soil full of nutrients and good microbes and hopefully next year, have healthier and stronger plants!
Hey this is the guy in the black Pete 567 with the flatbed that was on the radio. PM me so I can give you my number.
Hey, Marcus said to contact him on msger. Marcus K Hobson . He says hello.
cool video there !
We are working on plenty more!!!! Thank you for all the support! Y’all have been so awesome to us!
Loving that chicken tractor!
Thank you! Marcus built it as tractor #2. He learns a lot with each project he completes and also comes up with ways to make it better for the next project. This tractor is my favorite one. It’s perfect size for younger chickens to grow in.
I met your husband in Philipsburg PA, he is an awesome man. Thank you for your videos. Take care
He is awesome. Thank you for watching and supporting us as we grow our homestead.
HOW SUPER SWEET guys!
Thank you!
What are the white chickens? I bought 4 from the Woodstock animal swap but the lady couldn't remember what they are. They look exactly like yours.
We bought two amberlinks and one golden comet from tractor supply. Now they’re older and turned out to be an amberlink rooster and hen and golden comet is a rooster.
Way to go!!Ducks are growing!!Glad MaKyle is helping With the videos ❤️
He is such a ham! He loves the attention
Love your videos! And your garden and animals too! Looks like hard work but ya'll make it look easy! And your so knowledgeable about things! Kiddos are growing so fast!
I’m grateful for your positive feedback! This is my first year doing this and i am learning as I go. A lot of what I know is what im learning from my mother in law and other friends and family as well as people I follow on You Tube! It’s a process I am enjoying!
Wow thank you for the awesome post!
Cool video guys :)
Thank you! I think I’m getting better
