After soaking in some amazing hot springs in the Canadian wilderness, we decided to make some delicious espresso to stay warm in the frigid temps! Nothing better than a freshly made espresso in the outdoors. Really loving the Wacaco Piccopresso! Let me know if you want a full video on how to use it.

Brewing Coffee by a Huge Waterfall in Iceland
Looks wonderful!
Your channel is one of the few times the algorithm knocked out of the park for me.
Cool! Thanks for watching!
Is it the Bonfire 2.0? Wow that is amazing!
This is the original one actually. I bet the 2.0 would work even better!
@@OutdoorCoffeeandCookingI have the 2.0 with the cooking hub & grill. Both pieces of the Lodge Cook it All fit in the hub. This allows you to add wood and regulate fire better. It kind of helps a little with heat dispersion to people sitting around it
How about making some Mexican cornbread. Good stuff
Great idea! I’ll try that. Thanks!
Looks fantastic! Now I want nachos!
makin me hungry! great vid gonna try it thank you!!!!
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
You should watch cowboy cook Kent Rollins and learn how to cook with coals and a dutch oven
Been watching him for years!
I absolutely love Dutch Baby, and it never occurred to me to make it with blueberries, nor did it occur to me that making it over a fire would be so good. Looks wonderful!!
Yeah, it was delicious! Thanks for watching.
Excellent job! I'm going to make one too! I think I'm going to make a lemon syrup for mine. Thank you.
Oooh that sounds delicious! Let me know how it turns out.
Yes
Milking coffee cow
I'm totally trying this! You made it looks very simple. Their are others youtubers out cooking who make everything look super complicated. So how did you check the temp as the brownies were cooking?
You should try it! Cooking outdoors doesn’t have to be complicated. I put a few handful of coals on top of the oven and checked for doneness with an improvised toothpick (thin twig) every 15 minutes or so.
What in the what is that? A travel espresso maker?
Yes!! It’s so cool! It’s about the size of a coffee mug, but it makes absolutely delicious espresso. It’s called the Wacaco Piccopresso.
Awesome content!!
Appreciate it! Thanks so much for watching!
Nice video. Good info and that backdrop is amazing and i absolutely adore that dog.
Thanks so much!
I feel like there is some kind of business idea here... like a coffee truck that goes out in camp spots or something...
That would be awesome!
Which solo stove is this? Bonfire model?
Yes, the bonfire.
I have been looking for a channel like this for a while now. One thing I will say tho is if you find any music on TH-cam Audio Library that sets the tone... i think it would just be the cherry on top. Great video! 👍🏻
Thanks so much for the comment! That’s my intention with this channel, putting out content with the perfect mix. And yeah, I’m looking for some good chill music that doesn’t charge royalties. That would definitely make the videos more enjoyable.
Where was this? I need some dog friendly alpine lake trails
Beehive Lake, Idaho.
Dogs are fine with raw bones but cooked bones can splinter and kill them.
I agree. However I would not consider a bone cooked to 135 degrees fully cooked. What do you think?
Chicken Bønes are the worse with sharp edges
Absolutely. I never feed chicken bones at all. A large beef bone is what I’ll allow at time.
Wooowwwwww
I've tasted natural spring water and oh my. Just make sure a few miles up is clean also 😅❤
So good!
@@OutdoorCoffeeandCooking it is Mine came from Klamath California in the late 90s
how much the price ?
It’s about $20 or $25.
wow delicious
I live off grid so this is the only way for me to cook thank youu
Thank la for watching!
Looks like it’s a 14 inch lodge cast iron wok. I have it and it’s amazing! I have all lodge woks and pans. You simply cannot beat their quality 🇺🇸 made here made to last ❤️
Yeah it’s been awesome!!
As a Boy Scout, I can confirm the nachos are the best when camping
Wow! Beautiful.
All you whiners worried about bears 😂 don’t worry, you’re safe from wild animals sitting on your couch and scrolling through TH-cam videos
Yum!!
steak was raw, if that's your flavor😂 see you in the ER real soon😂😂
Man… I should have been in the ER years ago then…
I literally had my MEATER inside as it cooked and it got to 135 internal.
@@OutdoorCoffeeandCookingI’ve see some videos where it looked raw but that ain’t even close, 😂
❤😊
Hank Hill : "Those are fighting sounds I hear". Just kidding I'm just hungry. Now why dont you be neighborly, and gimme piece 🤏 You gon make me beg.
Thank you
Haha, if only I could 😂
What brand of grill is that?
It’s the Everdure CUBE!
@@OutdoorCoffeeandCooking awesome, thank you!

I call that freedom
It’s definitely a good feeling 😁

Get out there and do it!
Great way to attract coyotes, wolves, bears, etc.
40 cal is a great way to send them on their way. 🙂
That steak looks delicious 😋
It was!
Wowwwwww
It was delicious!
Kebabs of course
Excellent choice!
I can’t live without coffee or my dog
Haha, understandable! That’s why I’ve got both in my videos 😂
Hi, nice film, I have a previous version of java, there is a problem with the screw pressing the ceramic burrs, it gets stuck. Have you had such problems with this model?
Hi, no I have not had any such issues with this model. Sorry to hear yours is giving you trouble!
That food looks so delicious right now😮
It was! Thanks.
Stuffing the teachers pet in there
