How to Make Your Wheels Roll Faster (Walmart Skateboard)
In this video while you were beaching your legs looked incredible. Really good definition. Maybe don't be too serious and just enjoy the process...the journey
I think your fitness stuff is really entertaining. I like watching this type of thing to stick to my workouts. I guess check out Will Tennyson...pretty entertaining
V1 or v2
V2
Respectfully speaking, you are not one bit less than visual fucking perfection....so very far beyond breathtaking~
love the dog shot!
Taking a week or two off every so often is beneficial. You will give your body a chance to rest and any nagging micro injuries will often recover. Usually I come back just as strong and super motivated to get back in the gym.
can we get a video about leg curl/extension to see if its good?
I uploaded a short on how to modify the resistance curve. Overall, I really like it, especially for the price.
for legs break of more than 10 days biggest soreness
I've been using the same rack for 30 years. If you find something better than the noodles share. 😊
I was wanting to upgrade to a 3x3 with 1in holes throughout all sides of each upright. I was thinking of the Mikolo P5/R. I don’t need anything fancy like Rouge or Rep. What do you have?
Mine is ancient Parabody. Would love a new one but can't justify the expense. Mine is a 2x2 but I've had over 800 lbs on it and it took it. I'm almost 60 now. Rarely bench more than 500 or squat more than 600 so it's reliable.
Hello Peggy. I also use pool noodles to protect my bars and rack. Making a suggestion. Wrap them in Trex tape. I get about 6 months out of them that way.
Thanks for the tip! I was actually thinking about getting some type for pipe like braided vinyl too! I’m wanting to make or find spotter straps, but also thinking of upgrading the whole rack instead.
Hey, I wish you were still making videos
Really? That’s a little motivation for me! I do have one coming out in a couple of months 👀
Is it possible to do unilateral exercises with this? (lateral raises?) Alternatively, can you do cross body lateral raises?
Yes, as long as the cable can’t slip through the pulley.
Ava was too heavy huh?
Aww that’s a bummer. I hope things get better for you.
How’s it like squaring on carpet?
It’s not ideal, but it’s gets the job done. I don’t see much of a problem between carpet and an average gym floor. The carpet in my room doesn’t have much padding, so it doesn’t feel uneven or anything.
You have a great figure your health is what matters most . I think mabey not at the moment but soon if riding an air bike or assault bike doesnt agrivate you try that and only take dumbells off of the top rack light high rep ... healthy feel good workouts .. feel bad for you
hey can u do a review of ur power rack.. i mean with more light.. i want to build one using 2x4s so i need a close up look if u can plz
I’m not sure what you’re asking. What specifically do you want me to review of the rack? It’s 2x2 with one inch holes.
@@PeggyKyle i wanted to see the pulley system, but nevermind.. i m not building one now, just buying a power rack straightaway.. thank u for responding though!
No disrespect but do you need all that weight? The 50lb power block is pretty heavy for most people
Maybe not all the plates I have (especially now), but in terms of my powerblocks, yes. I also am a powerlifter, and our goals are to lift as much weight as possible. I also can db bench more than 50lb for reps, as well as it’s too light for leg work.
@1:03 to @1:07 Oh is that right? 😳🤔🙊 LOL
You should do belt squats, they’re a godsend for spinal loading.
You look incredible, goes to show you don't have to squat heavy to retain muscle and shape if you train smartly around injuries 🔥💪
Does the bench decline? Looking forward to seeing you workout on it. Please reply.
Yes, slight decline of -15 degrees.
Do bench from floor, but use lighter weights because going heavy will translate into a thicker torso, and you don't want that as a woman. Just a thought.
Great video! I have a question about the Force USA Mybench V2 bench, would the quadriceps extension/femoral curl accessory fit a 154cm person?
Yes!! I’m just under 5ft and it works perfectly!! I have a shorts using it for leg ext, and another coming soon for leg curls.
You know the more time years you lift the longer you can take a break without losing strength its crazy you almost at a future point wont lose peak strength after a break....but you will start with lower reps after a fairly long break and will definately feel it in recovery
leg curl ? does that work well on this bench ?
Yes! I can get full ROM as well. I’ll be posting a short soon about how to improve it.
thanks, im bay this if the curl and extension work well. I compeet in ipf powerlifting, so the height of the bench is 10 cm to much, but i can live whit that. @@PeggyKyle
I understand! That’s why I have a flat bench dedicated to powerlifting standards!! The ForceUSA is still great bench for a good price!
Nice Peggy ❤
Need music 💖
Just go gentle for awhile,my one shoulder also was giving me uphill but seems fine now ❤
Thanks ❤
Didn’t realize Yes4All made roller J-Cups. Got mine from Titan 2 years ago. They’re not as much of snug fit, and cost double. Sucks to suck
I’m pretty sure they were fairly new. When I made the video, I hadn’t seen j-cups until a month or so before!
@@PeggyKyle explains why I didn't find them. Such a drag- haha 😄
4’11 is definitely a disadvantage here. But, I appreciate the review
Let’s be honest…it’s a disadvantage for everything 🥲
@@PeggyKyle except getting into small spaces
If you could put a chain either side so the bench press can only go down a certain amount -will be safer ❤
I have straight arm spotters, but I am looking into straps! Just haven’t found any for my rack or for a decent price.
@@PeggyKylehope you find cheap straps 💗
I only do fast walking and stretching exercises, don't go to gym ❤ maybe pinching a nerve
Thank you for the suggestion. I’ve actually been taking a few days off. I was trying to post shorts of my workouts for this new block, but my back is not doing well at all, and I’ve decided to stop training for the 5k, unfortunately.
@@PeggyKyle I was pushing a car once and my one leg made like a klak sound,I had to hop on one leg for about two days then slowly started putting pressure on again-didn't go to doctor just self medicated ❤
@@PeggyKyle Hope you had a great Christmas 🎄 and have a fantastic 2024
Thank you so much, and you as well!! I appreciate the support you’ve given me the past few videos ❤️
@@PeggyKyle Thanks I'll support you 💕
You should use eye bolts in the rack for better security and wider expansion.
I just bought some today! And now I know what you meant by eye bolt 🥹
Nice 👍💕
Omg they snapped 😂. I did do the hack thanks to your video, and I can't believe it actually worked! It's not the best (I don't have the FR attachment so it's just pin loaded) but it does the job very well for the most part minus minor inconveniences like having to kick the cable into the trolley and whatnot.
The thimble wasn’t tight enough 😅 I’m so glad it worked! It is annoying with the cables getting caught, but hopefully it’s worth it.
Jealous of your preacher curl attachment
I thought you were 6'2? 🤔
You stopped bodybuilding. You didn't being hot though, Vixen!😊
Hoping the bar didn’t crush you 😂
The pain would be considered sciatica most likely, go see a physical therapist, or MRI. I didn’t listen to my body, and went for hack squats one day and I’ve been out of lower body movements for months now, herniated discs start with no pain and worsen until it’s crippling. My range of motion was under an inch. I can bend over now, but definitely can’t add weight, only heavy benching/upper body and machines for legs for me.
That’s actually very similar to my situation right now. Upper body is good, but I can’t do rowing movements without chest support, nor can I do hinge/squat movements. The physical therapist I saw said it was a herniated disc, but disregarded the tingling sensation (since it wasn’t sever). I’m going on 4 months Jan 5th.
@@PeggyKyle the tingling is most likely the disc pressing on a nerve. Sometimes my toes tingle or go numb for a day. I wish you a speedy recovery though!
I am seeing my PT sometime in January (in person) and will most likely get an MRI shortly after. Thank you for the wishes!! 🤞
Just found the channel didn’t realize you were a bodybuilder at one point?!? Fuckin sick af
Barely 😂 Powerlifter at heart…and forever (hopefully) 👊
Wishing you best luck with yt🙌🏼
What would happen if you had a large plate on the floor on eithor side of the bench to elevate your feet i see another powerblifter type doing this ( big boy sc )
My birks worked fine, but I use plates at some commercial gyms if necessary. 17in is my sweet spot/max.
@@PeggyKyle good just looked like you were reaching for that floor stay safe just do the things you can do 💪💪💪💪💪
giv me a brake by hand full he means your boobys
Bodybuilding is a dark sport..u dont need a trophy ..u are the trophy...im not a show pony...im not putting on silly underwear lol
If you have a boy he will be a beast.
You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body... No, you don't understand. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem. ~ Jason Genova
