Derek has allowed his emotions to overwhelm him. Penalty errors don't guarantee wins. And most clubs have been dealt a raw deal at some time. It will be interesting to see if the VAR error review panel picks up on this as a mistake. I've heard all kinds of opinions on the shurt pull rule. But clarity on this has to come from the head of VAR team and not ex players, older referees or fans.
