My gf purchased me this game on my birthday this year and that was my first time ever to know about the game. Had it since then but never to be touched but I had completed the story a few days back (sadly not all the minigames). Gotta say the game was one of the meaningful, well-dedicated narrative games so far that I hooked into. Digging more I found out the tragic story behind the game along with the discovery of the soundtracks within NITW. I do not have many words for my feelings right now but I can put it into one: Masterpiece! Thank you so much Agnes! I love you! And to the team behind this project as well, particularly, Alec.❤

I’m really going to miss these incredible characters. Despite this game being fictional and years old by now. I really hope Mae, Gregg, Bea, Angus, and Germ are all doing well.

This piece impress me..........If you listen to this without knowing its origin, It gave you a certain cozy warm by fireplace feeling. Its like nothing can hurt you while you tucked away warmly there. If listen after playing this game, Its still going to giving same impression but this time with a feeling of actual relaxation as in all things come and pass and you are more ready for the future.

I am so happy that the devs are releasing a new game. I've been dying to see more of their work, because if it's anything as close to impactful and powerful as Night in the Woods, I know I'm going to love it.

Came back to this video because I was playing Traitor Town on ROBLOX and it has a radio playing this song. I've only played Longest Night once but I instantly recognized it. This game is perfect.

This was a game that helped me when i dropped out of college. I felt like a failure because it was hammered in my head that college was the only way to get anywhere but it wasn't for me. So when I watched Jacksepticeye play this and I watched Mae I felt seen and heard with their character. This game means a lot to me and I will never forget Alec. He was so talented and amazing and I hope he is resting peacefully and enjoying his spot in paradise <3 he deserves happiness and I hate the world didn't give it to him. He did not deserve the pain he went through. RIP Alec

Weird to see people still commenting on this(and other NITW videos that are 5-6 years old), but I haven't left my mark when I finished the game 5 years ago, so I'll do that now. NITW really helped me in a... Quite dark moment of my life. I've struggled with quite a mixture of things, including being expelled from my university and having a relatable character like Mae helped me a lot with getting through decent bit of mental and physical problems back in the day. Life still isn't great, don't get me wrong, but... Well, at the end of everything, hold onto anything.

Crying for 5 minutes straight

It's ironic the man that made this game passed away due to suicide. I walked in on my dad after it happened and Night In The Woods really helped me through witnessing my dad's suicide.
