I have had the loving opportunity to communicate with Ascended Masters, but this doesn’t by any means make me special-that is not how God works. Every person is a part of God, no one is more special than another. God loves all of us equally. As I understand it, those who have spiritual experiences agreed to have them pre-birth. Starting my first TM lesson today, what a better time than 2/2 on Groundhog’s Day

Sleep paralysis feels like suffocating, as if someone has rolled a very heavy rubber blanket over my body and when I ask it to stop, it's as if the blanket is rolled off from the throat down. I've had these experiences since I was very little. As a 5 year old I went into a state of vibration where I felt separated from my body, but I would then just sit on the ceiling of the bedroom and look at the body sleeping in the bed. I never told anyone and I never had a name for it. As an adult I have done this many times but only in a state of sleep, because I have heard so many negative information and the silver cord thing was really scary to me. The blanket never covered my head, only from the neck down. Once I went into a dream state that I knew was actually an OBE and in the dream state I went into another OBE. I was aware of the first step out as well as the dream me stepping out. I then entered the Heavenly Realms as Darius shows in his art representation. That realm now regularly occurs to me during meditation as well as in dreams. I am a photographer and what bothers me most when I'm there is that I don't have a camera to take photos of this incredible place.

Hi I've been trying to have a out of body experience but when I was younger I have had sleep practise but never knew what it was I thought I was being abducted or something but now I try and try but never got in to that state do you have any ideas what could trigger it again? Thanks

Amazing interview. I’m sad that I never made my goal to meet David, but I believe that it’s b/c I kept putting off learning TM. His sudden passing is a reminder to me to finally learn. I believe it’s what he would’ve wanted.

i would not dismiss what psychedelics can do for the pain body. for example: psilicybin is extremely healing to the nervous system and not addictive. it helped me tremendously in an injury a dentist caused to me. dmt in a pipe, which i have done once, did not leave me feeling drunk or out of sorts at all; it made me hyperfocused on what was happening and what i experiencing. it was amazing. and then i did dmt from ayahuasca 4x's. you are not drunk but you can feel sick and vomit and poo but then you are also having experiences within. i would not say to do any drug to get to the other place because, as he said, we all have this ability. i just wanted to give voice to the plant/fungus medicines because they definitely have a place in healing.
