I have never seen such a weird way of training one muscle group, why not just train standing up
Mike’s reasoning as to why he does bicep curls like that is to exert less energy for any muscle that isn’t the bicep. For example, standing to do the bicep curl requires energy from the legs and core. Very little bit of energy of course but, it’s a little bit more put into the bicep curls.
absurd. did anyone expect that running 1 mile a day for 7 days will yield any results? you are aware that most people walk several times that every single day of their lives, right? and only 7 days? some muscles barely recover during that timeframe. if you want to make an actually interesting video do something a toddler cannot do, maybe running a marathon every week for a year; maybe running 10ks for a month, but not 1 mile for 7 days, lol

Wrong. Flat bench is great for building an overall chest. Inclines are good too for hitting the upper chest and delts, but flat bench still is great, especially if you use a cambered bar.

@@MasterMallPatrol ah yes, the classic gym bro mindset that things are only true if muscle = big. Because you asked, I’m currently down 25 pounds and the most muscular I’ve ever been at 218 pounds. I can bench 315 for 6 reps and lift 6 times a week on top of training for an upcoming long distance swim race. I’m far from done working on my physique. Anything else you’d like to ask?

1 mile really isn't that long. A LOT of people do that was a WARMUP to their daily exercise schedule.
Go lighter on cables 10-30 lbs, get way more reps major burn

How many pull ups can you do with an eccentric that slow.. slow eccentric pullups murder my lats. I usually do a nice control on all the reps but my last rep I bleed that shit to death, crazy pump and really difficult, but my max pulls in a set blew up after adding in those slow eccentrics. Went from 7 max to 13 in a little over month after adding it in.
Usually i can hit 10 with the slow eccentric, the pump is great on those types of pull ups. Good job bro!

If you find that difficult, try using your head as a third point to balance with. You should make a triangle with your hands and head. Walking your knees onto my elbows whilst doing this helps me to.
