Ending guardianship/conservator should be the next major stone in our struggle for equality . Also getting rid of group homes ,along with forcing people to go to dayhabs programs . Last but not least , ending the penalty for those who get marry while receiving SSI .

TBH. I was never taught about this movement during history class at school. I'm not sure why. I was taught about the history of the Women's Rights movement in the UK and the Civil Rights movement in the USA. Abit about the history of the Stonewall Riots and the history of Pride Month. Not much else.

I liked what you said at the end about activism not stopping with a changed law but a changed public. That is so true, thank you for making this informative video.

If you are confused about your sex, you should receive help and therapy instead of affirming your delusion and mutilating your bodies. This is as wrong as providing drugs to addicts. Which is something or society also does.

Broken Equality , Civil Rights Movement For People With Disabilities, Native American Equality, And The 67 Year Civil Rights Movement Revealed... On May 17, 1954, Oliver Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that U.S. state laws establishing racial segregation in public schools are unconstitutional, even if the segregated schools are otherwise equal in quality. On September 4, 1957, nine Africa-American students entered Central High School in Little Rock, desegregating it for the first time. These student we’re allowed to attend the same classes, and had the same education as European American students. This began the civil rights movement that started in 1954. But the Sovereignty Law of Arkansas that was created when the Arkansas Claims Commission was established in 1957 would be used to attempt to prevent public school integration from happening. Although The US Army reserve would be sent to force federal laws in the matter. Even though this would mark the beginning of end to Jim Crow, The Arkansas Claims Commission, through the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, would continue to abused its state citizens into the present day. It would continue this abuse at a school known as Arkansas Career Training Institute (ACTI) to its students; it would make ill, persecute, and throw in jail a man known as Brian Ridlon; and it would Make ill with worry for her sons a woman known as Doris Elmina Springer Ridlon leading up to her passing away in July 2020. People of all races are now supposed to have the same opportunity in public schools. Do these laws apply to those with disabilities? What about people born with dyslexia, alexia, and other congenital learning problems? People injured on the job cannot fully recover have physical and/or mental disabilities. Veterans with disabilities and/or PTSD have an adequate healthcare from the VA, and many our homeless. Senior citizens have disabilities due to their age and associated declining health. They sometimes have to decide between bills, food, medicines, and they health care they need. People with physical disabilities now have laws regarding access to public buildings and businesses. People with mental disabilities have some laws to help them, but find them so struggling to have them enforced. Public Law (PL) 94-142 covers Young people in Arkansas schools, but many times it has had to be shoved down the throats of teachers who just cannot grasp the idea of learning disabilities; they think these students are just lazy. These teachers have said, “You just need to apply yourself”, “You’re lying”, and “Just follow the instructions I wrote on the board, don’t you have a good sense?” These people also need help after high school. In a vocational school in Hot Springs, Arkansas know as ACTI a learning disabled student was told, “Don’t ask all these questions, just go with the flow.”. But despite all these laws & advancements that are supposed to help people with disabilities, they use the same Arkansas state law to circumvent & supersede any court order & law at will. That state law being the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, the same law that was passed in 1957 as a response to Oliver Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka to block the nine African-American students from entering Central High School. Victims of mass shootings often have physical or mental disabilities. Perhaps requiring Photo IDs to help purchase guns would help. Our Native American people are treated as if their birth gives them a de facto disability. They are “US Citizens” only by vote of the US Congress, and that has to be repeated every few years. Other people with Native American blood can formally join the tribe of their ancestors (claim their “head rights”) by renouncing their normal rights as a US citizen. Some people living on the “Reservations” have to have their water trucked in, and must strictly ration their water to make it last until the next truck arrives, which take weeks. Others have to use water from wells with unreliable cleanliness & clarity. Broken Equality at ACTI/Civil Rights for People with Disabilities & Native American Equality in our lifetime for heritage our family our tribe to survive another 40,000 years on our holy sacred land of the continent of America right here in the United States of America , freedom and justice for all of gods children.. ⬇️⬇️⬇️Look at my story⬇️⬇️⬇️ th-cam.com/video/X5J0vfICm1o/w-d-xo.html

At the beginning I was agreeing with you until you started talking about sports and hormone blockers for kids. -_- kids can’t just choose to be a new gender every time they feel like it they need to be an adult to make that choice. Also it’s unfair to make trans people compete in women’s sports I don’t understand why they don’t have their own trans sports just for trans people to participate in.

I hope contrapoints realizes she's being abused by her fans. I wouldn't want to wake up one day and realize I have an entire subculture thousands of people strong, who believe me to be a different person to who I am now. Seriously. Contra's a social democrat, and all of her fans know her as a marxist. She has to keep up the veneer of this at all times
