New York Lake Erie Paramotor Adventure - Memorial Day 2019
มุมมอง 1212 ปีที่แล้ว
An old edit I found on my hard drive but had never uploaded. From Memorial Day weekend 2019, camping at Westfield New York. Little bit of paramotor exploring around the coast of Lake Erie and Chautauqua Lake (still have no idea how to pronounce that one)

Abby's First Flight!

Talked my buddy David Garber into taking my wife Abby up for a ride in his paramotor! I watched them launch then met them in the sky over the Scioto River. Above The Clouds
มุมมอง 1594 ปีที่แล้ว
A trip to the heavens! We had overcast conditions yesterday, with the cloud layer breaking up as the morning progressed. I was able to climb above the clouds through a opening large enough to maintain the "clear of clouds" rules, as explained in the video. Got a little chilly but otherwise had an excellent view and an awesome flight!
Flyin' With Ryan
มุมมอง 1114 ปีที่แล้ว
Mid air para-rendezvous with Ryan Schmitmeyer! He has been flying for about a year now, we have flown together a handful of times now. We always have issues with our headset communication though, we have tried intercom-ing with our SENAs and we have tried just calling with our phones but nothing seems to work reliably. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Paramotor Winter 2020 - Assorted Clips and Adventures
มุมมอง 1794 ปีที่แล้ว
Just some oddball clips I had on my GoPro's from the last couple of months. Toilet papering from 8,000 ft, paramotor vs. four wheeler shenanigans, and getting too close for comfort to the stinkiest place in town. Hope you enjoy the new narration format! Music at 0:03 to 0:37 by @ikson

You should call yourself JWIN Para motoring, "Just What I Needed, Paramotoring" this video hit the spot.
I just wonder if you have any emergency parachute. I have seen videos of these paragliders got tangled by turbulence and just started spinning out of control. Also, it would be nice to see paramotors flying at the Cleveland airshow some day. Any way to get the airshow organizers attention?
Interesting stuff, but what's the purpose, it looks like you are going to burn up more runway to land, what are the advantages abd disadvantages?
Excellent video! As you probably know, the wind can also affect your swoopy landing. It looks like it was pretty calm during practice, a headwind (or a tailwind if you muck it up! haha) will also affect your height, speed, and how much energy you can build up.
Added to the list of cool places near me to fly
So cool to see some of my old stomping grounds! I used to live in N. Ridgeville and my ex and I had a boat and went to Kelly's Island many times and I was a private pilot and saw all those views as well, but never thought about it from my paramotor perspective. How cool is that! Awesome video! I am in North Carolina now and haven't been back in several years would love to fly up there.
Nice video Jack.
So why don't you have more subscribers?!!!!
Thanks for sharing! SIV is definitely on my to do list, super sketch, but valuable life experience! 😎🤙🔥
Thank you. Very helpful video.
That doesn't look like fun... although I do think the training is very valuable information for a pilot.
Opened my eyes to SIV even more. Great job in performing recoveries as well as showing the progression from frontals to stalls in the video. I can see how important that progression is now. Thanks. Good stuff. Keep 'em coming. Subbed.
Incredible!
More serious note, crazy cool video! Couldn't take my eyes off it. Full stall 4 was nuts! Keep up the awesome work!
Is that model you used to scale? Need to get my hands on one of those.
The world's first diy paraglider! I'll send you the PDF lol
@@JackLangenkamp I would like a step by step video too if possible. Also, do you have many run ins with gorillas at parks?
@@kylesiegrist3033 you ever been to Florida? Haha
Nice jack you did it man congratulations, you know now how that fall feel, fly baby fly
Nice work!

Very helpful video for beginners like me!
thank you for share new sub Fly Baby Fly.
Nice video
Отличное объяснение. Просто и понятно.
Nice video! This is the best tutorial I found on youtube about swoop landing. Thank you very much!
Nice video mate
Nice video. Keep em coming!
I'm new to the sport and by far, landings are I still what I need lots of practice at. Thanks for the video!
Great video, this 90 deg swoop makes sense now, I thought I was just out of conrol on my first ppg landing, managed to pull it off and land on my feet
Great video Jack. Well explained and presented. Regards Andy
I like his videos better when he's not talking. Just sayin...
The smoothest driveway in Darke County! I know this to be true.
We are going to be there this May. Did you run into any trouble preparing for flight? Do we need to talk to airport? Or ask any permissions? My husband and I both are PPG2 pilots with our own gear
I spoke with the airport manager beforehand. Can't remember his name but I got his contact info from the sectional and he was a super friendly and accommodating guy. No problems whatsoever, you guys will enjoy flying there!
Nice vid Jack! I’m going to start making all the people who ask me this question watch this vid because I get it ALL the time! And your vid is short and sweet, right to the point! Blue skies buddy!!
Loving the "outtakes". Cheers from a new subscriber from GER
Muito bom, estou com dificuldades para pouso, seus vídeos tem me ajudado! !! Parabéns continue postando! !!
Love it!
Thanks Sandy!!
Oh heavens goodness. So scary to think of having the flame go out. But simulations like yours and practice really minimize the risk of landing in a blackberry patch or worse yet power line.
Well done Jack.........more people should practice this!..............................new sub!
Thanks, and I agree! Keeping your landing zone in mind at all times is super important. Thanks for the sub!
Lol, nice job....new subscriber here...
Cool thanks for the sub!
Always wondering! Thanks for the demo! Nice shot on the landing bag! Stay safe!
Thanks Bryan! Those spot landings are the most fun. Always a challenge to get it dialed in just right
I just killed my first buck on the 4h camp landing zone
Loved the altitude tour! Haven't been on that Island for years. Take care
Thanks man! It was a fun place to fly for sure. A little nerve wracking flying with so few safe landing zones but rewarding nonetheless
Your right, it would be hard to explain in the grocery store, the same dude guy
